I spent 4 weeks in this hotel over the last 4 months due to Covid. The staff here is hands down some of the best. They are friendly, helpful, always smiling . They remembered us after we were gone for 3 months and welcomed us back with hellos and nice to see you. They have taken what I believe precautions to the Covid pandemic to a level I don’t feel threatened or concerned. We ran into days we had to cancel just to be back the next day for work with no problems. We would order our breakfast for the week and the ladies always had it ready for pickup daily. Derek at the front desk was super helpful and assisted us with questions or things we would need. Definitely recommend and if we need to be back in town this will be our go to hotel. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

They should not purport that they are taking extra measures to manage COVID-19 when every interaction I have experienced from the personnel there is in direct opposition to that intent.
None of the front desk staff wore masks and were not forcing social distance amongst each other nor any of the guests. In fact, I was stepping back to increase my distance and they were still intruding.
They did still provide complimentary breakfast (that had to be called ahead) and the employee handling and bring the food presented the food completely open (not covered or in a container) and was (also) not wearing a mask not gloves to handle food. Needless to say: we ate none of the breathed food.
This all made for a miserable anxiety-riddled stay and I don't expect I will ever come back.
If they showed such a willful disregard of their guests' safety and comfort during the pandemic, I shudder to think what they will be like when it is over.

My wife and I stayed for the night on our Anniversary. We were greeted by Deriek he was very nice and helped us get a very nice room. The place was amazing, very clean, modern, and accommodating. In the morning we had a card and a gift box of chocolates. It was amazing they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and will stay there again.

The hotel staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean. No complaints everything was amazing for a last minute booking due to a pet emergency that brought us into town.
