Quarto O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e confortável. O colchão era firme e os travesseiros macios. Eu adorei a quantidade de armazenamento e área de superfície que eles tinham no quarto porque quando você viaja, você tem um milhão de coisas para colocar em uma mesa ou banco. Habitación La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. El colchón era firme y las almohadas eran mullidas. Me encantó la cantidad de almacenamiento y superficie que tenían en la habitación porque cuando viajas, tienes un millón de cosas para poner en una mesa o banco. La ducha era espaciosa y la presión del agua era buena.Servicio de habitaciones Debido a la escasez de personal, nos pidieron que optáramos por el servicio de habitaciones, y lo hicimos durante el registro, pero de alguna manera simplemente se olvidaron. Cuando volvimos al día siguiente, la habitación estaba exactamente como la dejamos, así que tuvimos que llamar a la señora de la limpieza para que nos diera toallas nuevas y vaciara la papelera.Estaba debatiendo si debería haberle dado una calificación de cuatro o cinco estrellas, pero me gustó el hotel, especialmente la ubicación, y hay muchas posibilidades de que regrese.
After reading some of the bad reviews, I was hesitant but I booked the room because of location and convenience. From start everything was on point. From the shuttle having our phone number and name at LGA, to the prompt service. Jessica at the front desk was great and beyond, very attentive, help us out and direct us the best way she could for us to move around and even advice on times, train schedule, etc. even took the time to get a map and circle our location, destination and everything in the middle.Amazing, the best experience I had over the years with any hotel staff. Room was clean and modern -super clean bedsheets and pillows-carpet-, the 2 bottles of water on the house at the room were very much needed after a long day watching tennis at the USTA tennis center. I would give them an 11. Jessica big part of it.
Room The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The mattress was firm and pillows were fluffy. I loved how much storage and surface area they had in the room because when you travel, you have a million things to put on a table or bench. The shower was roomy and water pressure was good. Room Service Due to staff shortage, they asked us to opt in for room service, and we did during check-on, but somehow they just forgot about it. When we got back the next day, the room was exactly how we left it, so we had to call the cleaning lady to give new towels and empty the trash can. I was debating if I should have given it a four or five star rating, but I did like the hotel, especially the location, and there is a very high chance I would come back.
Eu e minha família apreciamos a duração da nossa estadia. Eu recomendo falar com Christel da recepção para qualquer ajuda, perguntas ou preocupações que você possa ter. Ela era amigável e tinha uma grande personalidade. Tivemos que reservar um quarto por 6 dias no último minuto e ela cuidou disso rapidamente. Ficaremos neste hotel quando visitarmos Flushing na próxima vez e esperamos vê-la novamente.
A senhora da recepção foi muito gentil e acolhedora, mas o gerente é uma história completamente diferente, pedi um quarto com uma vista melhor para minha segunda noite, pois os quartos estavam disponíveis e eu não queria um prédio em construção bloqueando meu vista total, e o gerente me disse que os clientes da Expedia não têm escolha em qual quarto eles recebem, eu disse a ele que o quarto que reservei dizia "vista da cidade" e ele me disse "sua vista pode ser um armazém e tecnicamente ainda é uma vista da cidade porque aquele armazém fica na cidade”… então ele me disse que eu deveria ler os termos e condições. agora, se ele respeitosamente me dissesse que não há quartos disponíveis com uma vista melhor, tudo bem, mas acho que uma vez que você paga pelo seu quarto, todo o respeito e o atendimento ao cliente vão direto pela janela. Todos, desde o manobrista até a recepção, foram ótimos, mas de alguma forma o gerente só conseguiu garantir que eu nunca mais reservasse aqui
Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de la duración de nuestra estancia. Recomiendo encarecidamente hablar con Christel desde la recepción para cualquier ayuda, pregunta o inquietud que pueda tener. Era amable y tenía una gran personalidad. Tuvimos que reservar una habitación para 6 días en el último minuto y ella se ocupó rápidamente. Nos alojaremos en este hotel cuando visitemos Flushing la próxima vez y esperamos volver a verla.
The lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating, but the manager is a completely different story, I asked for a room with a better view for my second night since rooms were available and I didn’t want a building under construction blocking my whole view, and the manager told me Expedia customers have no choice in what room they receive, I told him the room I booked said “city view”and he told me “your view can be a warehouse and that’s technically still a city view because that warehouse is in the city”… then he told me I should read the terms & conditions. now if he respectfully told me there’s no rooms available with a better view that would’ve been fine, but I guess once you pay for your room all respect and customer service goes right out the window. Everyone from Valet to the front desk was great but somehow the manager only managed to make sure I don’t ever book here again
Me and my family enjoyed the duration of our stay. I highly recommend talking to Christel from the front desk for any help, questions, or concerns you may have. She was friendly and had a great personality. We had to book a room for 6 days last minute and she took care of it swiftly. We will stay at this hotel when we visit Flushing next time and hope to see her again.
Do Not Mess With The Thermostat! That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. Jessica at the front desk was so helpful and nice, it’s a nice new clean hotel but if you adjust anything on the thermostat it no longer works for whatever reason, it went from 70 degrees to like 76 if not hotter cause it was humid in the room! So uncomfortable to sleep and the maintenance person they sent knew nothing, but it also was after hours at that point too. It literally just shut itself off the whole night…..
Hotel nuevo, sus instalaciones son muy cómodas, la comida no muy recomendable y alto precio. El hotel está en un vecindario interesante.
Hotel ubicado en zona asiática. Cerca del aeropuerto La Guardia. Éramos un grupo de personas. Incumplimiento en las horas de entrega de las habitaciones. Muy mala atención y organización. No recomendable.

Havia falta de funcionários e, no começo, houve atraso. Depois o atendimento melhorou muito.
Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa!! Este lugar era muito limpo, confortável e luxuoso. O serviço ao cliente que recebemos foi impecável! Tiffany, o gerente do hotel, foi gentil, profissional, acolhedor e um prazer trabalhar com ele em geral! Talia e Serena foram extremamente gentis e tornaram a nossa estadia muito agradável. Recomendo este hotel para quem procura uma experiência incrível. Obrigada! :)
Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa!! Este lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo y lujoso. ¡El servicio de atención al cliente que recibimos fue impecable! ¡Tiffany, la gerente del hotel, fue amable, profesional, complaciente y fue un placer trabajar con ella en general! Talia y Serena fueron extremadamente amables e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a alguien que busque una experiencia increíble. ¡Gracias! :)
Our stay was wonderful!! This place was very clean, comfortable and luxurious. The customer service we received was impeccable! Tiffany the hotel manager was kind, professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with overall! Talia and Serena were extremely courteous and made our stay very pleasant. Hotel era limpo, confortável e pessoal Christina foi muito bom e amigável. Todos os dias ela dava um grande sorriso e um serviço muito educado. Eu realmente adoraria dar 5 estrelas, mas no final um dos funcionários do sexo masculino (que não tinha crachá) esqueceu de me devolver meu item armazenado, mesmo eu dei a etiqueta de bagagem. Foi presente para meu amigo, então estou desapontado por não poder trazê-lo de volta para casa. Ainda não sei qual é o acompanhamento do lado do hotel.
Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff Christina was really nice and friendly.Every day she gave big smile and very polite service. I really would love to give 5 star but at the end one of male staff ( who didn’t have name tag) forgot to give me back my stored item even I gave luggage tag. It was gift to my friend so I am disappointed that I couldn’t bring it back home. I still don’t know what’s the follow up from hotel side.

Eu daria a este hotel dez estrelas, se pudesse. Nós não planejamos ficar aqui. Nosso voo foi cancelado na véspera de Natal e a American Airlines nos pagou para ficarmos neste hotel. Havia muitos de nós do vôo cancelado. Como era véspera de Natal, havia apenas uma pessoa trabalhando na recepção, o que eu entendi. Ela lidou com essa multidão repentina como um verdadeiro campeão. Ela foi extremamente útil, muito amigável e fez tudo para ajudar a todos rapidamente. A American Airlines também nos deu um voucher de refeição; no entanto, chegamos minutos antes de a cozinha fechar. Este não foi um problema para o pessoal da cozinha como eles também foram acima e além e levou nosso pedido de comida. Tivemos um quarto standard que era limpo. O principal destaque deste hotel é o serviço - foi simplesmente fantástico do check-in ao check-out. Quando fomos fazer o check-out na manhã seguinte, nos encontramos com diferentes funcionários e eles também prestaram um serviço excelente. A gentileza deles tornou nossa noite mais suportável, já que nosso vôo foi cancelado na véspera de Natal.
Le daría a este hotel diez estrellas si pudiera. No planeamos quedarnos aquí. Tuvimos nuestro vuelo cancelado en Nochebuena y American Airlines pagó para que nos quedáramos en este hotel. Éramos muchos del vuelo cancelado. Como era Nochebuena, solo había una persona trabajando en la recepción, lo cual entendí. Manejó a esta multitud repentina como una verdadera campeona. Ella fue extremadamente servicial, muy amigable e hizo todo lo posible para ayudar a todos rápidamente. American Airlines también nos dio un vale para comida; sin embargo, llegamos minutos antes de que cerrara la cocina. Esto no fue un problema para el personal de la cocina, ya que ellos también hicieron todo lo posible y tomaron nuestro pedido de comida. Teníamos una habitación estándar que estaba limpia. Lo más destacado de este hotel es el servicio, fue simplemente fantástico desde el registro hasta la salida. I would give this hotel ten stars if I could. We did not plan on staying here. We had our flight cancelled on Christmas Eve and American Airlines paid for us to stay at this hotel. There were a lot of us from the cancelled flight. Because it was Christmas Eve there was only one person working the front desk which I understood. She handled this sudden crowd like a true champion. She was extremely helpful, very friendly and went above and beyond to help everyone quickly. American Airlines also gave us a meal voucher; however, we arrived just minutes before the kitchen closed. This was not a problem for the kitchen staff as they too went above and beyond and took our food order. We had a standard room which was clean. The main stand out to this hotel is the service - it was just fantastic from check in to check out. When we went to check out early the next morning we were met with different employees and they too provided outstanding service. Their kindness made our night more bearable since our flight was canceled on Christmas Eve.
