Hotel may be nice but the night front desk staff are completely useless, rude, unprofessional with a complete lack of willingness. For a hotel such as this one you’d expect better service. Instead of lazy staff members just saying “I can’t I can’t” I’d recommend a different hotel with more professional staff

Attended a birthday party in one of their conference rooms, the room was very clean and spacious. The food catered by the hotel was absolutely delicious.

We were very happy with our 2 nights at the Four Points in Grande Prairie. Unfortunately, they lose one star because the public washrooms were ridiculously cold! Something needs to be done there but hopefully a fix is in the works. Otherwise, check-in was good, room was spotless (other than one burnt out light bulb) and bathroom was clean and fresh with white, fluffy towels available. We also attended a banquet while there and the lady serving was amazing; cleaning and taking care of the entire room super efficiently. Overall a great stay. I love swimming so the crystal clear pool and hot tub were fantastic added bonuses! Didn’t take advantage of the gym but that looked like a great option too. You will enjoy your stay here for sure!

I want to LOVE it..& I do because the restaurant, housekeeping & servers were incredible. But the sound proofing wasn't great. I could hear people in the hallway, showers running, TV even when on low from the hallway. I love that they've switched from the tiny bottle soaps, shampoo & conditioner to environmentally friendly options..

Rooms are amazing! Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Never thought that function rooms are this huge and wide. Very clean and well organized hotel. Kudos for maintaining your hotel clean and tidy! Kudos guys!
