Clifton was wonderful!! Friendly, helpful and sweet. Served me a delicious breakfast and did it with a smile on his face. I enjoyed waking up to see Clifton every morning. The hotel was a bit lacking but Clifton made it all better.
Even if you don’t stay here, come visit Clifton for a delicious and happy breakfast!

Patricio the chef is a surprise addition to an attentive staff. The food selection is increasingly more enticing — and he offers great on-menu and even a few off-menu selections. The dining area is comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are very good overall. I’m happy to be a weekly regular at this location!

Bed was comfortable, ac and shower were glorious. Came in for business trip from the Midwest and I couldn’t be happier, especially with the very sweet female bartender, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but will edit once I have it, and Josh at the front desk. Josh was exceptional, he was courteous and had a kind, genuine energy which is much rarer than one might think. As a customer experience professional myself, with decades of customer service experience, I recognize those with a gift for caring for one’s customers and Josh has it. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

1) very strong smoke smell when I just opened the door. But The room actually is non smoking room!
2) duplicate charge for pet fee. Called them asking for refund and they never pay me back!
We booked 2 rooms for 2nights on November 2021. The policy says each pet is $25 per night. We only have one dog stayed in one room so it’s $50, but they changed me extra $25 for no reason . So I eventually paid $75 for pet fee. I didn’t realized that until I saw the credit card statement. Called them and the person said they can refund me on the credit card. Now it is 7 months after, no one contact me and no refund to my account.
The nonsmoking room has super strong smoke smell and when I stepped in the window is opened ac is on fan is on. It literally just like someone just smoked In the room one minute ago and left. Front desk lady changed the room for me with no problem. But I think it should not happened like this if it is NON SMOKING ROOM.

This hotel is updated, beds are clean and comfortable, and front desk people are friendly. BUT if you are handed a key to a ground floor room, REFUSE IT. Our room had an overflowing humidifier and smelled musty, and our window faced the outdoor pool, with no privacy. Our children's room across the hall was dark, blocked by shrubs next to the parking lot. The pool crew was using a loud power washer on the deck while I was trying to rest before a wedding. The front desk receptionist offered to try to get me a new room, but it was almost time to get ready so I refused. Lesson to share: AVOID THE GROUND FLOOR ROOMS!

BRIDES : if you are planning a wedding room block , chose the HILTON ! The service is horrific rating 0 ! the hotel manager was rude, did not listen to an easy mistake made by the hotel and if he would listen and follow along he would understand what happened . I have advised all my guests to check their hotel bill to make sure they were not overcharged. /My biggest complaint is the rudeness of the men at the front desk. brides it is a stressful time , the last thing you need is a hotel manager/assistant manager giving your guests a difficult time . We also had wedding guests at the hilton , they were without issue and the front desk was lovely ...

Front desk folks are very nice and very accommodating. Rooms are quite nice but unfortunately the beds are way too soft. Water pressure in shower is very good. There is a restaurant that has breakfast and dinner (no lunch) but the breakfast buffet is $14.95 per person and if you just want pancakes, you're talking $10 so it's better to go down the road. There are a few tables outside to just sit and visit should you have time.

Staff was friendly and awesome. Restaurant / bar on site is open for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are amazing. Very large, very clean. Shower has very good water pressure and bathroom is clean. Even in the corners. Carpets are very clean. Bed is comfortable with no sagging. The loveseat and table are perfect for meals, working. Watching television. Most of all is clean and comfortable.
Negatives? The signage makes it a little bit of challenge to find that first time, but it is absolutely worth the extra 2-3 minutes.

Really nice hotel. Everything is very clean. Everything also seems very new and updated: the architecture, electronics, furniture, bed sheets, everything.
The breakfast was good. But one morning there was only one cook serving the entire breakfast—they were short-staffed for sure. But the next days were better.
Overall a great stay!

Good place to stay. Room was good besides the little water damage on the ceiling but not a big deal. Staff is so nice and helpful. I would definitely come here again. My only complaint would be the pricing on the food downstairs. Way to expensive especially for mediocre food. I would recommend anyone planning to stay here get food from somewhere else.
