We stayed for a week back in November because our home had damage from the hurricane. Good location however the rug in our room smelled like dog P and my feet were black after walking back-and-forth. Bad maid service looks good but don’t look too close.

Tivemos um grande momento. O quarto era bom e limpo. Ficamos na suíte de 2 quartos com cozinha completa e varanda. A equipe foi super amigável. Piscina, fogueira, bar. Nós não comemos no restaurante. A única coisa que eu não gostei foi o "escondido" parking pass ferr. Apenas 1 passe gratuito. O resto é $ 25 / noite.
Nos lo pasamos muy bien. Habitación era agradable y limpia. Nos alojamos en la suite de dos dormitorios con cocina completa y balcón. El personal fue super amable. Piscina, hoguera, bar. No comimos en el restaurante. Lo único que no me gustó fue el pase de estacionamiento "oculto". Solo 1 pase de cortesía. El resto son $ 25 / noche.
We had a great time. Room was nice and clean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and balcony. Staff were super friendly. Pool, fire pit, bar. We did not eat at the restaurant. The only thing i didn't like was the "hidden" parking pass ferr. Only 1 complimentary pass. The rest are $25/ night.
¡El complejo es absolutamente hermoso! Me encanta la vista desde nuestra habitación y estábamos tan cerca de la playa. ¡Y el servicio es INCREÍBLE! Brad, el recepcionista fue absolutamente maravilloso y muy amable al ayudarnos tan tarde en la noche con algunas sábanas extra que necesitábamos; excelente servicio al huésped en todo momento! Realmente espero que obtenga un ascenso porque trabajo en Disney y ese fue un servicio de Disney de grado A allí mismo. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer que este viaje de cumpleaños sea increíble y memorable!
Bar en la azotea ... no realmente. Es un techo con una barra portátil y algunos asientos dispersos. Sin decoración, sin vibraciones. La vista del atardecer es espectacular, pero no pueden atribuirse el mérito de ello.El restaurante, nada especial, mediocre en el mejor de los casos. Tarifa típica de playa con precio de hotel. Afirman que es exótico, estilo tapas, no están seguros de quién diseñó el menú, pero supongo que es alguien con poca creatividad o experiencia culinaria.Ahorre su dinero y evite las molestias, si está buscando un bar en la azotea, pruebe el Hotel Zamora, la misma vista hermosa con un bar en la azotea muy superior (que en realidad es un bar), ¡un ambiente increíble y comida deliciosa! Si está buscando un gran resort, ¡pruebe uno de los muchos en la playa!
O resort é absolutamente lindo! Eu adoro a vista do nosso quarto e estávamos tão perto da praia! E o serviço é INCRÍVEL! Brad, o funcionário da recepção foi absolutamente maravilhoso e tão doce para nos ajudar tão tarde da noite com algumas folhas extras que precisávamos; excelente serviço ao cliente em todo o caminho! Eu realmente espero que ele consiga uma promoção porque eu trabalho na Disney e aquele foi um serviço de grau Disney bem ali. Muito obrigado por tornar esta viagem de aniversário incrível e inesquecível!
The resort is absolutely beautiful! I love the view from our room and we were so close to the beach! And the service is AMAZING! Brad, the reception clerk was absolutely wonderful and so sweet to help us so late at night with some extra sheets we needed; excellent guest service all the way! I really hope he gets a promotion because I work at Disney and that was A grade Disney service right there. Thank you so much for making this birthday trip awesome and one to remember!
Came here for happy hour at the restaurant bar (2nd floor). Nice place if you're not looking for a busy, noisy crowd. Leo, our server, made our experience at Fusion quite memorable. The drinks she concocted were crafted with perfection. The manager, Ron, also made an impression as well. Both were down-to-earth and made us feel like family. The rooftop bar could use a little sprucing up though. Maybe add patio furniture? Also, the hours and location for the restaurant are not listed on Google. It only lists the resort.
Rooftop bar... not really. It's a roof with a portable bar and some scattered seating. No decor, no vibe. The sunset view is spectacular, but they can't take credit for that. The restaurant, nothing special, mediocre at best. Typical beach fare with a hotel price. They claim it's exotic, tapas style, not sure who they have designing the menu, but I'm guessing it's someone with very little creativity or culinary experience. Save your money and avoid the aggravation, if you are looking for a rooftop bar try Hotel Zamora, same gorgeous view with a far superior rooftop bar (that is actually a bar), an amazing vibe and delicious food! If you're looking for a great resort, try one of the many on the beach instead!
Absolutamente espectacular lugar para quedarse, la familia me encantó, definitivamente regresaremos. Me gusta el exclusivo diseño de condominio de dos habitaciones y dos baños. esto no es nada negativo, solo un comentario, se necesitan más recipientes de basura junto a la piscina y el área de la playa en el área común ... Además, como nota al margen, deben dejarse algunas bolsas de basura adicionales debajo del fregadero, no había ninguna en la cocina ... ¡Gracias por el divertido lugar para hospedarse orientado a la familia!
Absolutamente lugar espetacular para ficar em família absolutamente adorei, vai voltar novamente definitivamente. Eu gosto do layout de condomínio único resort de hotel de dois quartos e dois banheiros !!! isso não é nada negativo, apenas um comentário preciso de mais recipientes de lixo na piscina e na área da praia na área comum ... Também como uma nota lateral precisa haver alguns sacos de lixo extras deixados embaixo da pia não havia nenhum na cozinha ... obrigado pelo lugar divertido voltado para a família para ficar!
Absolutely spectacular place to stay family absolutely loved it will come back again most definitely. I like the very unique condo layout two bedroom two bath hotel resort !!! this is nothing negative just a comment need more trash receptacles by the pool and Beach area in the common area's ... Also as a side note need to be a few extra trash bags left under the sink there were none in the kitchen... thank you for the fun family-oriented place to stay !
The property NICE! The staff NICE! The food absolute garbage. The food is made fresh and it’s picture worthy but that’s it. I really hated to pay my bill but I didn’t want to appear like I was trying to get over on someone. It’s dry dry dry food. Like the idea is there, but they need sauce or something. I came to vacation from Washington state which is still locked down, to throw down on some food. And this was so disappointing. They need to get someone to redo the menu. I’m willing to come help. Other then that, nice property.
¡Buena ubicación! Complejo de estilo apartamento más nuevo en el canal. Cada habitación tiene un balcón con vista al mar. El personal es super amable y servicial. Edwin es una joya y realmente causa una primera impresión maravillosa y marca el tono de tu experiencia. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta ubicación ... cerca de la playa y los restaurantes. Ofrecen paseos gratuitos en carritos de golf a todos los lugares cercanos ... es inmejorable a pesar de que también puede caminar a esos lugares. Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo.
Ótima localização! Resort mais novo em estilo de apartamento à beira do rio. Cada quarto tem uma varanda com vista para o mar. A equipe é super simpática e prestativa. Edwin é uma joia e realmente causa uma primeira impressão maravilhosa e dá o tom de sua experiência. Recomendo esta localização ... perto da praia e restaurantes. Eles oferecem passeios de carrinho de golfe grátis para todos os locais próximos ... não pode bater isso, embora você possa caminhar até esses lugares também. Eu vou ficar aqui novamente.
Great location! Newer apartment style resort on the waterway. Every room has a walkout balcony with water view. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Edwin is a gem and really makes a wonderful first impression and sets the tone of your experience. Highly recommend this location...close to beach and restaurants. They offer free golf cart rides to all nearby locations... can't beat that even though you can walk to those places as well. I will definitely stay here again.
Gostei muito do hotel! Boa localização, vista bonita, instalações boas, porém tem alguns pontos para melhorar: serviço de limpeza, não tem lavanderia, não tem máquina de gelo e wifi ruim...mas tirando isso o hotel é mto gostoso!
