Excelente hotel a dois passos de Termini, ideal para quem chega de comboio e quer deslocar-se de transportes públicos. A estrutura é bem cuidada, os quartos amplos, impecavelmente limpos e equipados com todo conforto. Equipe atenciosa e sempre disponível. Café da manhã com grande variedade de opções. Hotel muito bom, funcionários sempre ajudando os turistas e a localização perfeita para quem é acostumado a usar metro e ônibus em viagem. As ruas ao redor do terminal podem até dar um pouco de medo a noite mas é tranquilo, pelo menos com a gente foi. Na minha opinião, compensa muito! Café da manhã, simples e eficaz. Quarto novo, banheiro bom. O que poderia ser melhor é a cama, pois estávamos com 2 camas de solteiro juntas, podia ser de casal.

Atención malisima, habitaciones mal insonorizadas y sin agua caliente. Desayuno muy limitado en oferta.Las habitaciones son nuevas, colchón cómodo y todo muy limpio.El servicio de recepción tiene que mejorar mucho, tanto la atención al cliente como los problemas en la configuración de las tarjetas que abren las habitaciones.Si eres de los que buscan un hotel tranquilo sin ruidos externos, no vengas aquí. Las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas y se escucha todo el ruido del centro de Roma.Experiencia malisima! No recomiendo

Termini Station is just a few steps away which was a plus to us first timers in Rome… Termini which serves line A and B would take you anywhere anytime in the eternal city… the room and the bathroom are well maintained… breakfast is also good… me and my mama enjoyed our 4days of stay in Rome! Will def comeback Gioberti Art Hotel A estação Termini fica a poucos passos de distância, o que foi uma vantagem para nós, novatos em Roma… Termini, que serve as linhas A e B, levaria você a qualquer lugar a qualquer hora na cidade eterna… o quarto e o banheiro são bem cuidados… o café da manhã também é bom… eu e minha mãe gostamos de nossos 4 dias de estadia em Roma! Definitivamente voltará Gioberti Art Hotel

Rooms are small and we had an executive double room. The layout of the room is awkward but the bed is huge. That is great!!! The hot water is Luke warm at best. It is however in a great great location in relation to the train station and there are many places to eat that are close by and many shops close by to purchase things. The hotel is clean which is also a plus.

Central location but the area near the railway station is always a bit run down. Nice rooms, bath/shower controls were fineky and not much art to be seen. Good 4*

Hotel is very close to train station, which is convenient. There is air conditioning. The rooms are decently sized. One of the overhead lights in our room flickered and our room smelled of cigarettes. The shower has nice water pressure.

Clean, big, and comfortable room. There was a problem in our bathroom, but after we consulted the nice staff, they sent someone to fix it immediately. Great room, great breakfast and perfect staff. The only problem is that the wifi doesn’t work so well.

Friendly, professional and great staff.Breakfast is not bad, it's fine. Rooms are looking great.The shower floor and bathroom floor (three people room)r are not separated with something so you can make the whole bathroom floorI would advise after booking you can message the team from the hotel and they can confirm if you reservation was correctly booked by you and what total amount you should pay if you choose the option when booking to pay in cash at the hotel check in.Only negative I would say is the heating is central and if you feel cold you can't turn it to warm temperature.In summary I liked this hotel by far, good customer service level.Kind regards

Viagem de lua de mel e eis que me deparo com isto...quer no primeiro dia, após check-in como no segundo dia, após a limpeza do quarto pelas camareiras... já trabalhei em Hotelaria quer na receção como nos quartos e como tal tenho outra experiência, sou exigente e sei bem ver onde está sujo. Em limpeza não recomendo. Simpatia dos funcionários da receção foi sempre 5*, sempre prontos a ajudar e a melhorar a nossa estadia. Pequeno almoço bastante bom. Tem um pouco de tudo. Saboroso. Destaco o café da manhã e os sumos naturais.

El peor hotel en el que he estado. El olor en el baño era terrible. Además las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas. Se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la calle. El wifi iba fatal, se cortaba continuamente. La limpieza también dejaba bastante que desear. Lo único bueno el desayuno.

La habitación 507 no dispone de agua caliente. Contratamos este hotel para la noche de fin de año 2019-20. Era la última habitación disponible que quedaba (veníamos de 4 noches horribles en un B&B dos calles más allá). A las 20:00 vemos que no nos podemos duchar y no hay más habitaciones disponibles. Repito, fin de año. Hicieron 20% descuento. Desayuno continental muy bueno. El resto de la habitación, excelente!

Muy buen hotel... atencion increible y muy amables en varios idiomas. Las habitaciones modernas pero sin canales de tv en español. Youtube e internet en la tele como segunda opcion. Alrededores un poco raros...muchas etnias en un solo sitio debido a la situacion del hotel justo enfrente de la estacion termini.
