It was absolutely amazing hotel with great view and a rooftop swimming pool.they set the toilet water temperature themselves and me and all my family think that the water is not Hot enough. Apart from that I'd give you 5 stars

Era un hotel absolutamente increíble con una gran vista y una piscina en la azotea. Ellos mismos establecieron la temperatura del agua del inodoro y yo y toda mi familia pensamos que el agua no está lo suficientemente caliente. Aparte de eso, te daría 5 estrellas

O prÓprio hotel estÁ banging, hospitalidade incrÍvel permaneceu cerca de 3 meses recepÇÃo amigÁvel mesa frontal, serviÇo de quarto, restaurante todo o acima foi bom. agradÁvel lobby decorativo e os quartos sÃo hyper !!!

Devo dizer que um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei na limpeza foi tão bom, um amigável sempre lá todos os dias, ao mesmo tempo, para ver se eles podem ajudá-lo todos os dias. As recepcionistas também eram muito simpáticas e respeitavam-se e os funcionários do lobby, incluindo os seguranças, davam a sensação de estar em casa ou na realeza. O Café ficou incrível do lugar o mini café localizado no lobby, sugiro blend brasileiro com um latè e uma dose de xarope de avelã melhor café de Dubai na minha opinião. Eu sempre era atendida pela mulher de manhã ela era uma delícia e sempre sorria mesmo que ela tivesse uma máscara e ela até se acostumou com o nosso pedido que estávamos lá muito.Obrigado, Grand Mecure, pela sua hospitalidade, com certeza ficarei novamente

Tengo que decir que uno de los hoteles más bonitos en los que me he alojado la tintorería fue tan agradable y amable siempre allí todos los días a la misma hora para ver si pueden ayudarlo todos los días. Los recepcionistas también fueron encantadores y respetados, y el personal del vestíbulo, incluida la seguridad, le dio la sensación de estar en casa o en la realeza. El café fue increíble desde el lugar en el que se encuentra el mini café en el vestíbulo. Sugiero una mezcla brasileña con un latè y un trago de jarabe de avellana, el mejor café de Dubai en mi opinión. Siempre me atendía la mujer por las mañanas, era una delicia y siempre sonreía a pesar de que tenía una máscara e incluso se acostumbraba a nuestro pedido, estábamos allí tanto.Gracias Grand Mecure por su hospitalidad, definitivamente me quedaré de nuevo

I have to say one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in the cleaners was so nice a friendly always there every day at the same time seeing if they can assist you every day. The receptionists was also so delightful and respected themselves and the lobby staff including security gave you a sense of feeling as if you was at home or royalty. The Coffee was amazing from the place the mini cafe located in the lobby I suggest brazilian blend with a latè and a shot of hazelnut syrup best coffee in Dubai in my opinion. I always got served by the woman in the mornings she was a delight and always smiled even though she had a mask and she even got used to our order we was there that much.Thank you Grand Mecure for you hospitality I will definitely staying again

Nice enough facilities, but the organization is a complete and utter mess. Had a reservation and all in all it took over two hours and two room moves until I wound up somewhere I could spend the night, and that only because I got tired of moving and accepted a room that wasn't properly cleaned.
Currently writing this review after 10 minutes on hold when calling guest services from my room.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia aqui durante o feriado do Dia Nacional. Os funcionários são simpáticos, o hotel é limpo, os quartos são espaçosos e as vistas da piscina do último piso eram deslumbrantes. Verifique isso. É perto do aeroporto e do centro da cidade de Deira.

Tuve una gran estadía aquí durante el Día Nacional. El personal es amable, el hotel está limpio, las habitaciones eran espaciosas y las vistas desde la piscina de la azotea eran impresionantes. Compruébalo. Está cerca del aeropuerto y del centro de la ciudad de Deira.

Had a great stay here during the National Day Holiday. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, the rooms were spacious and the views from rooftop pool were stunning. Do check it out. It’s near the Airport and Deira City Center.

Excelente localização do hotel. Perto do aeroporto e estação de metrô fica a curta distância. A área não é barulhenta. O pessoal do hotel foi muito prestativo: ajudou-nos a reservar as atividades na cidade, explicou como se locomover na cidade, chamou táxi para nós. Café-da-manhã foi enchimento e de boa qualidade. Os quartos eram muito limpos. Cama era incrivelmente confortável! Ficaria neste hotel novamente.

Excelente ubicación del hotel. Cerca del aeropuerto y la parada de metro está a poca distancia. La zona no es ruidosa. El personal del hotel fue muy servicial: nos ayudó a reservar las actividades en la ciudad, explicó cómo moverse en la ciudad, llamó taxi para nosotros. El desayuno era abundante y de buena calidad. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. La cama era increíblemente cómoda. Me volvería a alojar en este hotel.

Great location of the hotel. Close to the airport and subway stop is within walking distance. The area is not loud.
The hotel staff was very helpful: helped us to reserve the activities in the city, explained how to get around in the city, called taxi for us.
Breakfast was filling and good quality.
Rooms were very clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable!
Would stay in this hotel again.
