Room was disgusting there was toenails on the floor the bedding had hair on it the bathroom whirlpool tub feature had black little things floated up to the top of my batch water. The staff was unhelpful actually almost rude when I wanted toe nail clippings cleaned up , I have always stayed within the Hilton brand to avoid this lackluster experience. I was not pleased with the cost not matching my experience. I would not recommend this dive anyone. Not a Hilton accomadation that I am familiar with !

I have stayed at this location quite a few times in my travels to Montana and have always been pleased with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. This particular review is to commend AJ on his professionalism and willingness to assist during the difficult travel over the holidays. We had kids, that had flights cancelled and AJ was very helpful. He assisted in getting the rooms set so the kids could get checked in with no issues. (They were coming in from all over at different times) He was calm, and walked me through the process . It was a comfort knowing the kids had a safe clean place to stay until they could get back on the road to Montana! Thank you AJ!

Room and restroom are clean. However, even though non-sk room but odor is too strong (like cigarettes) when accessing to the room. It's fine when sleeping. We forgot to adjust heater and notify front desk about the loud noise of the heater in the room. Make your own fresh Waffle 🧇 breakfast are recommended. So so... good. Enjoyed free breakfast, love pet friendly hotel. We wish we had time to use indoor pool. Front desk was empathy and offered water bottles when we only stayed overnight and had to continue road trip home from CO to WA due to weather condition.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a night away from home. The check in/out staff was friendly and prompt. Roberta, the kitchen staff member, saw me with my dog in the morning and prepped my breakfast for me. She even walked with me to the room and carried the tray of food so that I could walk my dog in the hallway. For Roberta’s kindness alone I would happily recommend this hotel to people in the area.

The room is very clean, breakfast is normal, although I did not like the idea of pouring your self a coffee in font of the front office you need to walk to the dining area. The place is a little overpriced same quality room and service should not exceed $120. I paid $160 per night. I put three stars for location but it is relevant to me.
