Nice hotel, very convenient for MTR and North Point, Quarry Bay etc. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Staff go above and beyond, particularly housekeeping and concierge. Highly recommend.

A very good hotel with spacious rooms by Hong Kong standards. Excellent value if you search for discounted rates. A nice pool and lobby area. Restaurant and bar are good quality, but not such good value.

services was good.. but the whole hotel especially the room needs a makeover.. lighting should be changed.. light was too dim.. water in the commode was muddy.. floaters present in the room was also of poor quality..

Best service of any hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong. Staff very friendly and helpful. MTR a minutes walk away. Rooms clean and spacious. Requests like warming of own food and delivering yo room sorted out without any fuss. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful rooms, great staff, excellent food in both main restaurants. Management is superbly accommodating and special shout out to Manager Gary Wong, who helped make my experience like being at home. This is a great hotel
