Houve um erro de comunicação em relação ao meu quarto no momento da reserva e, em última análise, ele não funcionaria para o que eu precisava. Eu estava preocupado com a possibilidade de ainda ser cobrado, uma vez que o problema só apareceu depois de fazer o check-in. No entanto, Rick, o gerente, foi extremamente útil e abordou minhas preocupações imediatamente. Ele me garantiu que não haveria cobrança, já que acabei não ficando. Ele forneceu um excelente atendimento ao cliente e foi gentil e profissional. Se eu estiver na área novamente, com certeza ficarei aqui! O site estava limpo e atualizado e eles forneceram um ótimo serviço ao cliente.

Olá, O lugar está à altura das minhas expectativas. Mas foi uma boa surpresa encontrar comida realmente boa. Fiquei muito impressionado com o profissionalismo do barman / garçom. Eu nunca vi um homem correndo como "Thomas" para se certificar de que todos estavam felizes, servido rápido com uma ótima atitude. Uma ótima parada (com piscina).

There was a miscommunication regarding my room at the time of booking and ultimately it wouldn't work for what I needed. I was concerned that I would still be charged since the issue didn't come up until after I checked in. However, Rick, the manager, was extremely helpful and addressed my concerns immediately. He assured me there would be no charge since I didn't end up staying. He provided excellent customer service and was kind and professional. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here! The site was clean and upgraded and they provided great customer service.

The place is up to my expectations. But it was a nice surprise to find really good food.
I was very amazed by the professionalism of the bartender/waiter. I have never seen a man running around like "Thomas" to make sure everyone was happy, served fast with a great attitude. A great stop (with a pool).

Gostei da minha estadia no Holiday Inn Express. Há um grande desenvolvimento acontecendo na área. Este Holiday Inn Express está em uma ótima localização. O quarto era muito bom, limpo duas camas de casal. Havia muitas tomadas para carregar (tablets, celulares, laptops, etc.), o que é obrigatório com todos os eletrônicos que a maioria das famílias possui. O hotel oferece café da manhã para viagem em sacos com suco, iogurte, garrafa, muffins de água. Há uma mesa de trabalho para viajantes a negócios. O quarto tem muitas das comodidades para uma excelente estadia. Tirei muitas fotos para compartilhar os outros aspectos do hotel. Há um Starbucks a uma curta distância, Moe's e Target do outro lado da rua. O hotel fica na saída da I-75, que é muito conveniente. Ótimo lugar para um staycation! Melhor fazer reservas!

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. There is quite a bit of development going on in the area. This Holiday Inn Express is in a great location. The room was very nice, clean two double beds. There were plenty of outlets for charging (tablets, cellphones, laptops etc) Which is a must with all the electronics most families have. The hotel offers breakfast to-go bags with juice, yogurt, bottle, water muffins. There's a work desk for business travelers. The room has many of the amenities for a great stay. I took plenty pictures to share the other aspects of the hotel. There is a Starbucks within walking distance, Moe's and Target across the street. The hotel is directly off I-75 which is very convenient. Great place for a staycation! Best to make reservations!

Stay away they over book and betting people not to show up. Booked 3 nights and payed upfront upon arrival front desk lady informed they don't have a room due to overbooked she didn't even bother to find us other availability within holiday inn hotels. Had to spent the night in the car, till this day they haven't refunded my money, a formal complaint going to corporate level

Parece atualizado recentemente. O chuveiro era branco brilhante, no entanto, isso mostrava manchas e também escrita da medição do empreiteiro que nunca foi limpo.O resto do hotel parecia limpo. Grande estação de café no lobby.A equipe foi muito simpática e permitiu um check-out tardio. Gostaria de voltar e usar este hotel novamente.

Looks recently updated. The shower was bright white, however,this showed smudging and also writing of the contractors measurement the was never cleaned.The rest of the hotel appeared clean. Great coffee station in the lobby.Staff was very friendly and allowed for a late check out. I would return and use this hotel again.
