Smallest of the downtown Phoenix motels, but much better value than it's larger competitors! Parking is free (compared to $35+ extra per night at Sheraton, Hyatt, or Westin for mandatory valet parking) - hot brkfst is included, free wifi, and best of all - only about 1 mile from downtown - an easy 20-25 min walk - when you don't want to deal with the traffic (especially for games and events) the road repairs & blocked roads and crammed expensive public parking garages. Highly recommend this little motel jewel.

Ótimo hotel, quartos limpos e boa cama! Excelente localização para caminhar até Chase Stadium, restaurantes, etc. Nós não mudamos nosso veículo o tempo todo que estivemos lá. A única desvantagem foi a taxa diária de US $ 20 para estacionamento no estacionamento 😕 mas, caso contrário, eu recomendo este hotel.

Costumamos ficar em hotéis mais sofisticados, mas ficamos aqui principalmente devido à localização e à piscina externa. Sem arrependimentos! A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. As camas eram muito confortáveis. A piscina estava no lado menor, mas nunca estava lotada durante a nossa visita. Meus filhos tiveram a piscina inteira para eles durante partes do dia. A localização era boa - exigia que andássemos, mas não mais de 20 minutos para visitar várias atrações. Pequena loja com bebidas e lanches sempre veio a calhar. Eu ficaria aqui novamente? Absolutamente.

Great hotel, clean rooms and good bed! Great location for walking to Chase Stadium, restaurants, etc. We didn't move our vehicle the whole time we were there. Only downside was the $20 daily charge for parking in the lot 😕 but otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

We usually stay in higher-end hotels, but stayed here primarily due to location and an outside swimming pool. No regrets! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was on the smaller side, but it was never crowded during our visit. My kids had the entire pool to themselves during parts of the day. Location was nice-- it did require us to walk, but no more than 20 minutes to visit various attractions. Small store with drinks and snacks always came in handy. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Disseram-me que a única coisa que estava sendo cobrada no meu cartão de crédito era um depósito de $ 100 que seria reembolsado. É meio ridículo que um hotel econômico cobra para estacionar lá.

I really wanted to give this a better rating. It was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Check-in was easy and the hotel was quiet. When we went down for continental breakfast in the morning they were out of almost everything and the attendant said it would be 10 minutes before anything would be ready. At that point there was already a line forming for food that wasn’t even ready yet and it got really crowded. I feel if you were offering a continental breakfast, the attendant should be more on top of the food, Especially to avoid large gatherings in a small room. The second thing that really got me was finding a $20 parking fee on my statement a week after the fact when nobody informed me on check in that that’s Was a charge that existed. I was told the only thing being charged to my credit card was $100 deposit that would be refunded. Kind of ridiculous that a budget hotel charges to park there.
