Super cute, modern and sleek feel. The bed is comfortable and the dogs were welcomed by a friendly staff and are happy in the room as well. We especially loved that the dishes are all put in the dishwasher prior to arrival so we are ensured that they are freshly cleaned. Stellar location.

The staff was friendly and accommodating for some specific needs we had. The pool was nice and although there was swim classes during our stay, we were able to adequately use pool before and after those finished. The pool area including the pool and hot tub was very clean and warm. The rooms are large and comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfortable with enough extra blankets and pillows.

We had a great stay. The ability to check in and out through the Hilton app is a plus because quite frankly, I hate the process of checking in with staff. However, the interactions we did have with front desk staff and housekeeping were very pleasant and they were all helpful. The room was clean and stocked, the sink and dishwasher were nice and something we looked for so we could clean baby bottles. Overall 10/10 stay and definitely one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at

This Home2 Suites location is consistently top notch. The rooms are clean and very spacious with a fridge, microwave, dishes, and anything else you might need to settle in for a while. I appreciate the little things like the personal welcome on my TV when I arrive. I love being able to easily connect to my streaming services. The digital key and being able to choose my room is a great feature. The location is great. Near a grocery store and major retailers. The breakfast has an amazing variety. This hotel is great for families but even better for those traveling for business. The only thing that could make it better is having a reception for weeknight guests or offering adult beverages in the sundry area. Will stay here every time.

A few years back, I used to travel extensively for work. After that ended, I ended up with Diamond status, so I’ve stayed at a lot of high-end Hilton brands like Curio and Waldorf Astoria. This hotel, the Bismarck Home2Suites, however is the absolute best I’ve ever stayed at, not only in the Hilton portfolio, but anywhere, when I stayed here a couple years ago. I’ve been to 6 continents and as it turns out, the world’s best hotel is in Bismarck, who knew?!? The staff treats everyone like they are the most important customer, the rooms and property are immaculately clean and maintained. I still remember Michelle, Ulysses and Meghan, the night auditor. The manager Bill is doing something right hiring all the right people for positions there! Okay The sheets are so comfortable, I bought a set myself for my own bed. I’m guessing properties of this assumed type don’t often see Diamond customers and the front desk staff made me feel extra special by allowing me to swim laps early, before the pool opened and after it was closed. If I ever make it back to Bismarck, I will stay here without even looking at other properties. Thank you to all the generous, kind and hard-working staff.
