Sempre que eu reservava minha estadia online, eu pagava pela estadia de 3 dias durante esse processo, uma vez que cheguei ao hotel, meu cartão foi cobrado o valor total uma segunda vez. Se eu tivesse sido informado disso com antecedência, poderia ter planejado de acordo, mas como imaginei que a estadia no hotel estava resolvida, não me preparei para que esse valor fosse deduzido novamente. Sem esse dinheiro, eu não fui capaz de fazer as coisas que tínhamos planejado fazer como uma família durante a nossa estadia em Tulsa, também investi nos fundos que eu havia reservado para voltar para casa, tornando minha estadia uma experiência muito ruim. Achei que poderia economizar a viagem e deixar as crianças ficarem na piscina o dia todo, mas a piscina ficava fechada para a temporada durante o mês mais quente do ano. A simpática mulher da recepção explicou que a segunda cobrança era um depósito e seria devolvida 24 horas após o check-out. Mas já se passaram 6 DIAS e ainda não vi o retorno. Aprendi minha lição de fazer mais perguntas e estar melhor preparada, mas isso realmente atrapalhou nossa última viagem em família no verão antes do início das aulas.

Siempre que reservé mi estadía en línea, pagué la estadía de 3 días durante ese proceso una vez que llegué al hotel, se cargó el monto total a mi tarjeta por segunda vez. Si me hubiera enterado de esto con anticipación, podría haberlo planeado en consecuencia, pero como pensé que la estadía en el hotel estaba a cargo, no me preparé para que esa cantidad se descontara nuevamente. Sin ese dinero, no pude hacer las cosas que habíamos planeado hacer como familia durante nuestra estadía en Tulsa, también se invirtió en los fondos que había reservado para regresar a casa, lo que hizo que mi estadía fuera una muy mala experiencia. Pensé que podía salvar el viaje y dejar que los niños se quedaran en la piscina todo el día, pero la piscina estaba cerrada por la temporada durante el mes más caluroso del año. La amable mujer de la recepción explicó que el segundo cargo era un depósito y se devolvería 24 horas después de la salida. Pero ya han pasado 6 DÍAS y aún no he visto el regreso. Aprendí la lección de hacer más preguntas y estar mejor preparada, pero esto realmente estropeó nuestro último viaje familiar durante el verano antes de que comenzaran las clases.

Whenever I booked my stay online I paid for the 3-day stay during that process once I arrived at the hotel my card was charged the full amount a second time. Had I been made aware of this ahead of time I could have planned accordingly but since I figured the hotel stay was taken care of, I did not prepare for that amount to be deducted again. Without that money I was not able to do the things that we had planned to do as a family during our stay in Tulsa it also dipped into the funds that I had set aside to make it back home making my stay a very bad experience. I thought that I could save the trip and let the kids stay at the pool all day, bit the pool was closed for the season during the hottest month of the year. The nice woman at the front desk explained that the second charge was a deposit and would be returned 24 hours after check out. But it has now been 6 DAYS and I have not seen the return yet. I did learn my lesson to ask more questions and be better prepared, but this really out a damper on our last family trip for the summer before school started.

Hotel muito bom, funcionários simpáticos. Eu normalmente fico em um Hampton Inn quando viajamos e geralmente estamos felizes, mas no último dia, eu estava verificando a cama dos meus filhos por qualquer coisa que eles pudessem ter deixado e encontrei uma noite suja nos lençóis. Tenho dormido em albergues melhores em Bangkok do que este lugar. Fizemos o check-in e encontramos um tubo de colírio vazio em nosso andar. Não é grande coisa, até encontrarmos sangue seco no edredom. Chamamos o serviço de quarto e eles nos trazem lençóis e edredons novos e esperam que mudemos nossos próprios lençóis. Sim, no meu quarto de hotel de US $ 100, tive que trocar meus próprios lençóis para substituir os manchados de sangue.

Clean rooms, but had someone enter the room having been given the same number key as they forgot to register our room to us & had to call the room in the middle of trying to get our baby to sleep. Also found someone had gotten our car door open and rifled through our things (luckily didn't lose anything) but was pretty blatant in front of the hotel. Not a terrible spot, but we had a rough experience with them...

Very nice hotel,friendly staff. I usually stay at a Hampton Inn when we travel and we are generally happy but on the last day, I was checking my kids bed for anything they might have left and I found a dirty nighty in the sheets. So my kids slept on dirty sheets for 3 nights without me knowing.Pretty grossed out when we left.

I have slept in better hostels in Bangkok than this place. We checked in and found an empty eye drop tube on our floor. No big deal really, till we found dried blood on the comforter. We call room service and they bring us new sheets and comforter and expect us to change our own sheets. Yes, in my $100 hotel room I had to change my own sheets to replace the bloodstained ones.

Menina na recepção muito acolhedora e informativa sobre as comodidades do hotel. No geral teve estadia desconfortável. O quarto tinha uma sensação “pegajosa” suja e precisava de uma grande reforma. Lençóis / toalhas manchados, amarelados e sujos. Buracos nas paredes que pareciam ter sido chutados por alguém. A lâmpada na mesa e no suporte ao lado do sofá manchado não funcionou. Saco plástico cobrindo algo no teto. Não queria investigar o quê. Cheiro de cigarro muito forte no corredor. Pequeno-almoço não é bom para todos. Não ajudou com o atendente de café da manhã hostil. Teve uma omelete de queijo que parecia bom, mas o queijo dentro não estava derretido. Frio e arenoso. Estava ficando lá para trabalhar, mas acabei fazendo o check-out mais cedo. Muito desligado pela marca Hampton agora.

Chica de recepción muy acogedora e informativa sobre las comodidades del hotel. En general, tuve una estancia incómoda. La habitación tenía una sensación de suciedad "pegajosa" y necesitaba una revisión importante. Sábanas / toallas manchadas, amarillentas y sucias. Agujeros en las paredes que parecían haber sido pateados. La lámpara en el escritorio y en el soporte junto al sofá manchado no funcionaba en absoluto. Bolsa de plástico que cubre algo en el techo. No quería investigar qué. Olor muy fuerte a cigarrillo en el pasillo. El desayuno no es bueno para todos. No ayudó con el desagradable asistente del desayuno. Tenía una tortilla de queso que se veía bien, pero el queso por dentro no estaba derretido. Frío y arenoso. Se estaba quedando allí por trabajo, pero terminé saliendo temprano. Muy apagado por la marca Hampton ahora.

Girl at front desk very welcoming and informative about the hotel amenities. Overall had Uncomfortable stay. Room had an unclean “sticky” feeling, and in need of major over haul. Bed sheets/towels stained, yellowed, and dingy. Holes in walls that looked like someone kicked them. Lamp on desk and on stand next to stained sofa did not work at all. Plastic bag covering something on ceiling. Didn’t want to investigate as to what. Very strong cigarette smell in hallway. Breakfast not good all. Didn’t help with the unfriendly breakfast attendant. Had a cheese omelette that looked good, but cheese inside was not melted. Cold and gritty. Was staying there for work, but ended up checking out early. Very turned off by the Hampton brand now.

Very clean. Hot breakfast.But what impressed me most was the lady that takes care of the breakfast buffet. Breakfast onthe weekend is served 7 - 10. The large group staying in the hotel needed to depart by 7 each morning so she came early to prepare breakfast to accommodate them.
