Eu adorei me hospedar no Capellan. Hotel incrível, aconcegante e chique. Tem elevador, o que eu amei pois odeio subir escadas 😂 Os funcionários todos são graciosissimos... as acomodações são maravilhosas. Tem piscina,no terraço, e massagem também 🥰 Amei me hospedar lá.

Excelente hotel, muy buena atención, piezas espaciosas y bien decoradas, baño cómodo. Muy buena ubicación para recorrer toda la ciudad amurallada desde ahí caminando, y al borde del barrio Getsemaní que también es un imperdible de recorrer. El único contra: algunas piezas dan a la calle, y el sector es bien ruidoso, sobre todo el fin de semana.

Es un lugar hermoso! No pensé que fuera tan bello. Tiene unos lugares divinos..es ideal para venir en pareja y disfrutar de sus rincones. La terraza wow pero si llueve no la podrás disfrutar mucho. Tiene un pequeño jacuzzi y piscina que seria ideal para una noche romántica..el lugar es romántico y si tienes una cita especial con el amor el lugar es ideal. La atención muy buena.

Este hotel é absolutamente mágico! O ambiente é tão bonito, os quartos são imaculados e espaçosos e tudo é muito confortável. A equipe é super simpática e a localização não poderia ser melhor! A uma curta distância de todos os lugares. 10/10 recomendaria e definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente quando voltar a Cartagena :)

This hotel is absolutely magical! The environment is so so beautiful, the rooms are immaculate and spacious and everything is very comfortable. The staff is super nice and the location couldn't be better! Walking distance to everywhere. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be staying here again when I get back to Cartagena :)

Hotel is in a great location but lacked some of the fundamentals to be considered a “5 star” property. The hot water in the room did not function even after being “fixed” twice. Management apologized but said nothing was wrong and sorta shrugged off the issue. Complementary breakfast was mediocre. Friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel that is close to everything. Walking distance to the historic center. It is located in Getsemani, which is full of life, color and art. The hotel has a terrace that has a pool and jacuzzi. Can also have dinner at the terrace or just have a couple of drinks, which btw were delicious. Staff was always attentive and willing to help in everything possible. Breakfast was included, although nothing fancy for breakfast it was good. Will definitely go stay here again when in Cartagena.

El hotel no es económico en comparación a otros hoteles similares, para el precio el desayuno es demasiado básico, las habitaciones me parece tienen muy poca privacidad. Lo bueno del hotel es su diseñó, tiene una combinación de diseño vintage y mediterráneo muy bonito, los árboles y plantas son una excelente decoración. Los cócteles son muy rico y s buen precio

Este é um lindo hotel a uma curta distância de tudo. Ao sair das ruas movimentadas de Cartagena, você é recebido com tranquilidade. Serviço e equipe foram surpreendentes. Os quartos eram silenciosos, limpos e bem conservados. A equipe foi amigável e acolhedora e foi além de nos ajudar durante a nossa estadia, desde chamar táxis para nós até conseguir um médico para vir quando eu infelizmente precisava de um. Gostaria de agradecer a Rey por traduzir para nós, pois nosso espanhol era bastante terrível. Ele foi gentil e prestativo para nós toda a nossa estadia. Definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente na próxima vez que estivermos em Cartagena.

Amamos o hotel, pessoas educadas, simpáticas e super receptivos. Ficamos 6 dias no hotel, ele tem uma localização privilegiada mesmo, fizemos tudo a pé. Fomos muito bem atendido por todos sem excessão. Recomendo muito! ❤️

Me encantaría poder poner estrellas en negativo para ellos , te venden una tarifa más cara para tener derecho a cancelarla reservación pero en realidad es mentira, la penalidad por cancelar es el monto total de la estadía , ósea en épocas de COVID 19 donde simplemente no puedes viajar si tus examen de COVID dan positivo ellos te penalizan con el monto total de la reservación . Son unos mentirosos que le roban el dinero a los turistas que creen en su publicidad.

When I initially arrived at the hotel with my family, our first impression was that this place looks great, but looks can be deceiving. Unfortunately, within only a few hours of staying here, there have already been several issues:
- No hot water or pressure (several hours have passed and there’s still no difference)
- Room hasn’t been cleaned properly (dirty bar of soap left behind bathroom door)
- Toilet doesn’t flush (have called numerous times for someone to fix this only to be told this is related to the same pressure issue with the showers)
- The blinds outside the door/window do not close properly, so there is little privacy and a lot of light coming through.
Disappointing experience and would not recommend - it’s no surprise they require full payment upfront. Definitely not what I would expect from a "5* hotel".
EDIT: Upon checkout, the hotel acknowledged its shortcomings and compensated us accordingly as a gesture of goodwill - this was appreciated. For this reason I have improved my review.

This is a gorgeous hotel within walking distance to everything. Stepping in off the busy streets of Cartagena you are greeted with tranquility. Service and staff were amazing. Rooms were quiet, clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond helping us out during our stay from calling taxis for us to even getting a doctor to come when I unfortunately needed one. I would like to thank Rey for translating for us as our Spanish was quite terrible. He was kind and helpful to us our entire stay. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Cartagena.

Terrible experience - staying with family in Rooms 21-23, April 9-11 2022.
1. Not hot water
2. Lift not working - so had to carry child and pram and luggage up and down the stairs
3. One room (Room 23) did not work the entire stay - my 70 year old uncle had to go to reception every time he wanted to enter his room
This hotel is a joke and not worth staying.
Stay away. My entire family (5 adults and a child) had a bad experience.

Great Hotel. Very Helpful staff. Good Coffee and a good enough menu in the restaurant. Wifi was good. Only issue was light in the bathroom was insufficient and unreasonably dark for the room having multiple light fixtures. Was difficult when applying make up.
