Excelente localização e bom atendimento. Possui estacionamento pago próximo ao local fica a apenas alguns metros do metrô. Os quartos são confortáveis, mas os banheiros poderiamter box para evitar q ficassem encharcados a cada uso.

Quando voltei ao meu país, liguei e pedi que me enviassem um recibo ou fatura por e-mail. O homem ao telefone riu e brincou dizendo que não era possível. Ele até desligou, ainda falando descuidadamente. Definitivamente, não recomendo um hotel que trata os clientes dessa forma. Espero que você possa começar a ser mais sensível ao relacionamento com os clientes o mais rápido possível.

Anexado ao metrô Serdika muito convenientemente localizado em uma rua comercial. A única falha são os chuveiros notei que em vários hotéis tem esse problema o banheiro inteiro inunda. O que os europeus têm contra o bidê? Cama confortável, e acredite em mim, é raro encontrá-la em alguns hotéis ... pessoal simpático e acolhedor. Recomendado

Buena opción. Muy céntrico y muy muy muy barato. Sorprendente el cuarto de baño con ducha todo él. No hay lujos pero esta limpio y el personal es muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. La relación calidad precio muy buena.

El sitio está muy céntrico, personal muy amable y servicial, habitación limpia y cómoda. Si volviésemos a Sofia, sería el hotel a elegir sin dudarlo. Os preguntaréis por qué 4 estrellas sobre 5, pues bien, únicamente que la ducha no tiene plato, es el suelo del baño directamente, pero la verdad estaba limpio y lo han limpiado todos los dias.

Lo recomiendo, sitio tranquilo, céntrico y personal muy amable. La habitación es amplia, con cama de 2x2 y otra auxiliar de 90. Baños higiénicos y luminoso. Lo recomiendo.

For the price it is definitely a good deal: room is nice and clean with a super big bed and bathroom seems renovated not long ago. It is very well located, super convenient. However, they do not offer breakfast and there is no delimited shower, so basically the whole bathroom is your shower. Did not like that. Other than that, just great

Bonita habitación pero morí de frío, tuve que dormir con el abrigo puesto jajajajajaja, luchando largo tiempo para que el aire acondicionado caliente un poquito la habitación, que estaba a 12 grados... Finalmente me dormí sin poder arreglarlo, el aire acondicionado estaba mal.

Good value for money in this hotel, but its main issue are its open showers (hence a wet floor all over the bathroom and water on the carpeting)and the smell of mold that permeates the room. Also, no soundproof doors and walls so you are forced to endure people talking as if they are with you in the room. Otherwise it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was rather large. And of course its location is excellent. I'd stay again there but perhaps not in the winter when one cannot open the windows.
