Must try Altus restaurant And bar on the top floor. The food is excellent and despite being understaffed at times the service is excellent! Special mention to Ashleigh who sprinkles a little sugar on everything she does! Looking forward to the new menu and returning soon!

Room was (small) but pretty and the pool area was lovely. Missing toiletries could be included (essentials) cotton buds, tooth brush etc- not four shower caps. Breakfast was terrible and unorganized, worst eggs I have ever eaten. Nothing tasted fresh. Not much variety. I also had a charge for a bag I didn't even see in the room? Was refunded after more then one email. Has potential but needs work. There was also Yoga advertised on 'Instagram' that I would have loved to take part in but only saw this after my stay. A old fashion newsletter or to be informed on this upon check in would have been great.

Positives - room was quiet, room furnishings were decent enough Negatives - Service was poor, most of the staff were unfriendly and never smiled. Took 20 minutes for a packet of ice cream to arrive to the room from the room service menu. Upon checkout the manager asked the concierge to check if the items I had taken home with me were my own or if I had stolen them from the hotel (the concierge told me the manager instructed him to do so). When I confronted the manager about this he lied and threw his concierge under the bus, stating it was the concierges fault for misunderstanding the instruction. Never heard of a 5-star hotel asking guests if they stole property from the room

What a truly beautiful hotel. I saw it advertised and have been desperately waiting for it to open. Went and visited today and wow! Spectacular! I'm booking a night and going shopping with my friend soon.

Came here for a massage today with partner. Amazing massages ... so good that we booked a room for the evening. Excellent drinks on the level 12 bar over looking the city. Well done to the team at Hotel Chadstone after only opening yesterday.
