Reception is not 24hrs as advertised on the website. My train arrived late, and I arrived at 2am hoping to get some sleep after a long day. The building was open, but nobody turned up at reception until 6am.

Pros: friendly staff, good location.
Cons: dirty towels (bring yours) and, they say it has light breakfast but they don't have any, there's staff for almost 24h (they say it's 24h), there's no soap in the soap box, loosen outlets (you can't plug the charger in many because it falls).
I don't recommend.

Amazing location. Cheap and no-frills. No issues, but be aware that there's no common room, and no refrigerators.

Excellent location ! 5 min to central park and times square. Subway is nearby. Staff is very cute. BUT the rooms were steaming hot! We could not sleep at night because the AC was broken and there was no window in the room. Other than that, it is a vibrant place to stay short time
