Muito bom hotel. Bonito e agradável aos olhos. Quarto espaçoso, éramos 3 adultos com 1 cama de casal e 2 camas de solteiro em nosso quarto, corredor amplo, banheiro muito grande e varanda pequena. Perfeito.

Hotel muito limpo e muito bem localizado. Muito agradável terraço / piscina com uma bela vista panorâmica dos arredores de Ouarzazate, especialmente à noite. Funcionários gentis, sorridentes e atenciosos. Buffet com grande variedade de pratos e sobremesas variadas. Absolutamente nada a dizer, exceto que os quartos, embora confortáveis, são um pouco pequenos.

Habitación sin comentarios, olía a tabaco el frigo en el baño, bichos en la habitación, limpieza no muy buena. La atención en cafetería excelente, panorámica de la ciudad desde la terraza bonita. Música en la terraza. No hay ascensor en el hotel

Rooms are okay Bathroom is nicely done but the shower doesn't have a door. Hooks or bars to hang bathing suits and laundry are lacking.

Un desastre. No había nada de variedad en el buffer de cena ni de desayuno, debería cerrar a las 10 pero a las 9 ya no te daban mesa ni bebidas. El wifi nunca anduvo, el teléfono tampoco. Pedimos que nos despertaran... Menos mal puse la alarma del celular. Los baños sin bidet. No tienen caja fuerte las habitaciones. Las toallas del baño y manteles en el comedor sucios y manchados. Miren la foto de la puerta del baño: si te despiertas en mitad de la noche y querés encender la luz te llevas una linda patada de 220...

Hotel típico de esa zona.Sus instalaciones no impresionan tanto como en las fotos.La habitación que me tocó no la limpiaron a fondo ya que vimos sangre en el suelo,los sobres de gel y champú gastados de los clientes alojados anteriormente y el grifo del lavado suelto. El recepcionista no ne quiso facilitar la contraseña del wifi pq decía que ya iba lento y tuvo que ir mi marido a pedírselo. Por mi parte,cositas que no me agradaron mucho.

Muy buen hotel. Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y cómodas. Las vistas desde la terraza son geniales y la piscina también. El catering muy bueno y variado. Lo malo es que hay poco wifi, sólo en recepción y va regular.

This is more likely the worst place I've ever been .you can also read the other reviews. No internet apart from the lobby .Worst breakfast. No even fruits. Pathetic. Rooms are dirty. Bathroom falling appart. I don't personally recommend even to people that are looking for a cheap accommodation. No aircodition even in the lobby and becomes unbearable hot . Really not recommended to anyone.

A very dirty, smelly and extremely substandard and overpriced hotel. From service to ambiance to toilette rise to service to cleanliness,all aspects of the hotel were pathetic.Sheets were stained, Internet in the lobby only, NO escalators/ lift. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Terrible customer service. Officially rated as a four star hotel, deserves only two for European standard. Flushing in the room doesn't work, water pressure very low, if you eat at the restaurant you can only order fancy European wine, if you want to drink tea, you need to get it yourself from the Cafe next door. Upon arrival, we were a group of a marathon club, people were assigned in different rooms, but you need to find out yourself in which room you are.. Rubbish customer service. Overpriced too

Muy buena decoración en el lobby y zona de piscina. Buena atención, salvo en recepción. Internet pésimo, solo funciona en el lobby y lento. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, tristes y con baño de baja calidad.Dicen que aceptan tarjeta, pero luego te fuerzan a pagar en efectivo.

Since 10 days a roundtrip in maroc. And this was a terrible night in this hotel. Very, very noisable at night. Only 2 hours slept. The Consierge said it was the air condition. But we didn't use it at night.... Farther the are many ant's at the room... Stuff is friendly but can't deside anything. No compromise-willingness. The hotelmanager is not present. Pool was ok.Breakfast was minimalistic...
