Quartos interessantes, confortáveis, limpos e muito espaçosos em um ambiente industrial. O pessoal fala polaco, as senhoras da recepção e as empregadas de mesa são muito simpáticas, os pequenos-almoços são saborosos. Estacionamento no hotel. É um pouco mais difícil de acertar à noite, durante o dia não deve ser um problema. Ao lado da estação, um supermercado um pouco mais adiante. Eu recomendo!

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, aunque en el baño no hay mucha luz. El desayuno es bastante malo, no hay variedad para nada y la presentacion deja mucho que desear. El trato en recepción es impecable pero el del restaurante se puede mejorar bastante. Cerca del aeropuerto.

Fat Cloud restaurant never open. Display open until 22:00 but then will close kitchen and take no orders from 21:30.One tine, waiting at 21:00’- no one at the bar to serve - everyone was inside the kitchen - reception staff helped themselves whilst I waited to be served.Absolutely terrible AND overpriced on top of everything.

A clean and nice hotel and exactly what you need if your flight was delayed or similar. One room, cheap room, clean room. It looks nice since the entrance and I believe that also the other rooms are OK. Acces on your section of rooms is with card so it has even more security. That a first and a good measure.

Staying in this hotel was a very, very disappointing experience.First of all when arriving late at night no one explained how to open the barrier to park the car, I had to call hotel admin via booking contact info. Hotel admin couldn’t solve the problem and asked me to call a phone number “indicated in the barrier...”. After calling that number barrier finally opens...At check-in, receptionist English skills were poor, it took this employee a long time to process the check in. Receptionist had problems explaining pretty much everything. She tried hard asking for car license plates... after providing this information she also wanted a credit card number which wasn’t asked in advance before checking in. She also didn’t clarify the booking wasn’t paid. She didn’t explain any of the hotel services and facilities, what would be opened or closed due to Covid restrictions. Receptionist didn’t explain how breakfast would be served and what was possible to do and not to do in the hotel. In summary, Soviet Union customer service style where customers are treated like a problem and in a disrespectful and condescending manner.At the time of check out it happens that the hotel doesn’t accept American Express cards, yes a hotel chain of this caliber doesn’t accept Amex cards, felt like I was still in Soviet Union where western services and financial products weren’t accepted... When explaining to the receptionist that I can only pay with Amex card bc I’m im business trip she didn’t know what to do, I had to ask receptionist to call manager to sort out problem. After calling hotel admin a couple times, hotel admin didn’t answer (while experiencing such incompetence by Loop Hotel staff I was in urgency to leave, hotel receptionist didn’t care about this and kept insisting about payment). During discussion about payment another customer was waiting who exchanged communication with receptionist, both receptionist and customer laughed about situation; a compete and utterly lack of respect from receptionist. Such receptionist should be fired.Booking.con should delist this hotel from its platform!

Excelente habitación de dos plantas, con una decoración minimalista y moderna en hierro y madera q me encanto. Al ser la habitación de dos plantas te hace sentir muy cómodo, con zona para trabajar y descansar. Muchos detalles, TV en ambas plantas, Cama y almohada muy cómodas, temperatura del hotel excelente, baño de la habitación moderno y sin sensación de mucho trote. Añadiría que el restaurante tiene una cocina de paso muy buena y el servicio está pendiente. Gimnasio pequeño pero suficiente para unos días. Calidad precio muy buena.

El hotel esta bien pero muy alejado de la ciudad, casi en el aeropuerto tienes que coger un taxi para poder moverte a cualquier sitio
