Mentirosos. No restaurante falaram q comprava uma bebida e ganhava outra, mas na hora q recebemos a conta veio o valor completo e inventaram mil desculpas falando q não existia essa promoção.

Fiquei no hotel Majestic e a minha experiencia foi péssima. Nos deixaram para fazer o checking só as 16hs, ficamos no sol o dia inteiro porque nem podia sentar nas mesas do restaurante alegando que não fazia parte do hotel e quando finalmente entramos, quartos eram imundos e apertados com o ar condicionado em cima da cama, fez com que minha mãe de 70 anos voltasse da viagem com pneumonia, o cofre também não funcionava e eu pedi para arrumarem 4 vezes em vão, também não tinha funcionário adequado que falasse outra língua a não ser o inglês, numa cidade como Miami que recebe turistas do mundo inteiro. Quando fiz a reserva numa agência aqui no brasil, foi me apresentado uma foto de um outro hotel, que inclusive eu já fiquei e gostei muito, também pedi camas separadas e me deram camas de casal. Não recomendo o hotel Majestic nem para os meus inimigos. Escrevi essa mensagem com a esperança de que vocês melhorem os serviços oferecidos, apesar de não terem me perguntado como foi a minha experiencia de hospedagem.

Fui lá para almoçar. Adorei a comida! A lula é deliciosa! O drink de Mojito foi o melhor que provei até hoje! Recomendo!

Muito bom, fui com minha esposa e meu filho de 6 anos, o atendimento foi bem transparente, pedimos pra beber mojito, Pina colada e um suco de laranja, ( pedimos o médio que é enorme) uma delícia!! Pra comer a paelha uma delícia tbm. O lado negativo foi a massa que pedimos pro meu filho, estava bem ruim, o molho de tomate parecia extrato e veio um cabelo de brinde. Mas no geral valeu a pena, recomendo, gasto em torno de 100 dólares!!!

Imundo, tinha até meia suja do hóspede anterior. Os quartos não são limpos, péssimo atendimento, serviço de vallet terrível. Tudo ruim. A única coisa boa é a localização.

Booked a room here for 2 nights after getting back from a cruise in February 2022. Looked beautiful and right on the beach. This "hotel" is NOTHING what the pictures look like! The room is a tiny, gross cement box. The beds are VERY old and gross. The sheets were VERY old, discolored and smelly. There were rips in them and blood stains. We stayed the first night because it was too late to leave. We checked out a day early, without a refund, and paid for a 4 star hotel near the airport for less money then what this place cost. **Parking**they don't have anywhere to park so they offer valet parking that you have to pay for. We had a rental car so we used it. A month after we got back from Miami we got a notice from the rental car place that we owe them money from a parking ticket. We did not get a parking ticket! Looked the ticket up and it was from a date and time that the "valet" had our car! We called the hotel and they said sometimes the valet parking is full so they have to park in other places! They told us they would pay it and also the fee from the rental car place from getting a ticket. Almost a month later i looked the ticket up and it was still not paid. This is also going to cause problems at the rental car place for US! I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

We stayed here on Feb 26 for a day before our cruise and had a bad experience. My wife left her winter coat in the closet by mistake and we called from the cruiseship same day. One staff member said they found the cost and we could come back after our cruise ends. We went back again spending big cab fare after a week to pick the coat. Reception guy said there was no coat. He said there are supposed to throw away left behind stuff. It's not their problem. We wasted time and money to pick up the coat. A staff or cleaning crew must have stolen it. Never visiting again.

I just stayed at this hotel and the rooms do not look like the pictures, they are very small and outdated! Please spend the extra money for a hotel with a big name brand!
The food was amazing I will give them that.
The location is also amazing and the front desk staff is very very friendly.
I would only come back for the food and I would not stay in the hotel again.

Staff super friendly! I stayed here for the location they had good food drinks and hookah. The room is very small but I came to Miami to have fun not stay in a room. I would stay here again I just recommend they invest on a better mattress other than that my room was clean and I had no issues here. Thanks Eduardo is the best!

No dia 28 de janeiro de manhã o senhor que estava na receção a tratar do check-in, tirou uma fotocópia do nosso cartão revolut. Contestamos pois tinha todos os dados para fazer pagamentos online no mesmo lado do cartão. Falou-nos mal, gritou connosco e disse que eram as normas e se não estivessemos bem com as normas para nos colocarmos fora do hotel. Não acho que seja norma, nem legal tirar uma fotocópia se um cartão de pagamento com todos os dados do cartão. O nosso filho, que estava connosco, ficou com medo! Estas situações não deveriam acontecer. Nunca vimos ninguém a tratar tão mal um cliente!

El lugar es HORRIBLE, nunca me limpiaron la habitación y dice que es por el COVID, al Contrario, tendrían que limpiar seguido. Y desinfectar.El de la recepción nos atendió muy mala gana y las habitaciones son oscuras y feas. Cero ventilación. ES CARO ! Y no lo vale!!’Ni a mi enemigo le recomendaría este hotel.Nos fuimos a otro hotel para seguir la estadía. En Miami.

If anyone is planning to visit Miami South Beach Florida…. Please save yourself the money and DO NOT patronize Majestic Hotel South Beach…. They provided me with a room that had roaches, nasty lamps and mildewed sheets. This things were not found out until after my return late that evening. It was a one day trip. Therefore roaches come out mainly at night, sheets would not be found mildewed until one is ready for bed and the lamp was to filthy to touch which in an already lit room, a lamp would go unnoticed. They refused to refund me stating that I checked in at 4pm and did not report immediately. Again, ALL THESE THINGS, ALONG WITH PICTURES…. Were reported and noted by the front desk immediately UPON MY RETURN LATER THAT EVENING once these things occurred and were noticed! They could have checked their cameras to see when I returned compared to when I reported. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See photos! You have more options on South Beach!
Roaches!!!!! Definitely ROACHES! You don’t believe me… read the other reviews! We all can’t be lying! My stay was a few days ago! You will take ROACHES back home with you if you aren’t careful!

Booked the rooms for the christmas week. The rooms smell musty, old and moldy. Staff are not at all hospitable or friendly. Breakfast coupons and service are an absolute joke. I was made feel I was a nuisance for them and never served right. All in all, I will not be staying there if given free. Takes out the whole joy of the experience. The location and restaurant are good though. Please don't stay here.

When we arrived at the boutique hotel just before midnight on a Saturday night Nelson greeted us checked us in. We were also greeted by a server from the restaurant and he took out drink order before the bar closed. Nelson informed us where CVS was located just in case we needed any supplies. Nelson was amazing, he was so friendly, helpful and courteous.We received excellent customer service from the entire staff while we were there. The room was small but clean. If you just need somewhere to shower and change this hotel is perfect. The location was perfect and beautiful.The day we checked out the staff allowed us to keep our luggage behind the counter so we could walk around and have lunch before our flight.

No vayan nunca a este hotel. Desde que llegamos, la habitación MUY sucia. El ambiente no es de familia, no parece un hotel, es solo un bar. Habitaciones sin aislamiento sonoro, no podíamos dormir por los ruidos de la calle/bar/cocina del bar etc... las camas muy muy duras e incómodas, terminamos todos con dolor de espalda. Es muy costoso y no lo vale, la zona es buena y la comida del bar exquisita pero no tuvimos ni un descuento por el hotel. Nunca nos limpiaron la habitación ni nos recogieron las toallas usadas. Fue una mala estadía y tenia que dar mi opinión, no gasten su dinero aquí

Dado el precio podría ofrecer mejor servicio. Solo se limita a ser un lugar donde dormir ubicado en un buen lugar. El desayuno es muy básico, y lo sirve el bar que tiene concesión en el lugar, la atención no es de lo mejor. La habitación solo tiene una cama grande y una cafetera en no muy buen estado.

Hotel en primera línea de playa en Ocean Drive. Es antiguo pero está limpio. Lo que no nos gustó fue el escándalo que se formaba algunas noches en otras habitaciones, ya que es una zona de marcha. El ruido de los aires acondicionados es bastante alto por lo que puede que a los más sensibles les impida el sueño. El trato es recepción fue muy bueno pero la atención en el desayuno (que pertenece a una empresa externa) fue bastante mala.

Sin comentarios. El personal hace todo lo posible por agradar y no tiene culpa de nada. La atención en recepción, si se le puede llamar recepción, muy amigable. Cambiamos de hotel en cuanto vimos la habitación, presuntamente la mejor. Asquerosa. El peor alojamiento en el que 'casi' dormimos en la vida. No vayan jamás. Toda reseña positiva seguramente sea una persona del entorno del hotel. No se cómo expresarlo y compararlo con demás hoteles, restaurantes, lugares de interés, ocio... De las cientos de reseñas publicadas sin duda alguna esta es la peor.

Si quieres descansar, comer bien, y disfrutar de la playa y toda la esencia del pueblo latino, Miami South Beach es ideal!!! Hemos tenido la suerte de encontrar este pequeño hotelito y estamos encantados. Habitación grande y limpia. El baño grande y con ducha. Algo que me ha gustado mucho de este hotel es que tienes cada día dos botellas de agua gratis y una pequeña cafetera en la habitación para que te hagas café cuando quieras. El desayuno que entra en el.precio muy bueno. La comida es casera y muy rica. En general nos vamos.muy contentos de haber estado aquí y el personal muy amable y simpático!! Volveremos seguro, eso sí en unos años y con nuestros peques!!!!
