If I could summarize the reviews of all the frustrated guests who visited this embarrassment called an apartment, I would. I have related to every critical review made on Marble Arch Flat. It is for a fact, true. The worst apartment I have ever been in my entire life. BOOKING.COM, kindly remove this apartment as it does not meet up to the standards you claim to provide. To any guest looking for a place in London, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF NOT THOROUGHLY READING THE REVIEWS. I have learned the hard way, and it'll be the last time.

This could be summed up in three words.
DON'T STAY HERE.
And again for clarity:
DON'T STAY HERE
For just £10 more you can get a comfortable room at the Days Inn just a mile away with breakfast included often.
The pictures the owner has of the interior do not look like how they are. The walls are dirty, the shower unclean, the floors a mess and the kitchen is barely in one piece.
The TV stinks, doesn't work properly and there is no free WiFi as advertised. This place is a joke.
Stay somewhere else and spare yourself the pain.

Do not stay here! I booked the 3rd floor apartment as it had decent reviews on booking.com. Now I wasn't looking for top of the line I was paying lower price. But I was hoping for clean and safe even if not in the best condition. The pictures looked alright but when we got here it was dirty and falling apart. The baseboards are coming off, the kitchen cabinets are falling off, the shower head is duck taped, and the shower looks moldy. They didn't even give us a new roll of toilet paper and there is very little left. The walls are covered in dirt and there is a crack in the main bedroom with water stains in the ceiling. The beds seem decently clean so you might survive a night but with the pandemic I didn't feel safe in this unclean apartment and booked a hotel. The lock on the door didn't seem to shut well either. 😞

It was disgusting. The photo’s are nothing like the actual inside of the property.
