We stayed here in July and we can easily recommend it. The rooms and amenities including breakfast are excellent. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the main train station, trams and good restaurants. We will stay here again if we return to Munich.

One of the better experiences of hotels my partner and I stayed at in Germany with the accommodations; complimentary water in the lobby with option of carbonation, espresso machine with pods, bathroom towel warmer, mini fridge. Bed was a little on the firmer for my liking but my partner might have liked it. Check in/check out was seamless.

Good, basic hotel. We were able to book day of for a last minute need. We stayed in the middle of November and the weather was unseasonably warm and they had already turned off the ac.
Our room was 75 degrees! The front desk was not very nice when we asked if the thermostat could be looked it. We had no idea the ac was turned off. It was recommended we open the window, but with our room one floor above the street there was a lot of cigarette smoke that would waft in.
Room was nice and clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. We also appreciated the cold water refill station in the lobby. Great location near the train station, local sights and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to friends.

When I comeback to Munich I will stay here for sure. The hotel itself is pretty, minimalist and tidy. Breakfast must be the best I have ever paid for, buffet has quite options and you may find something different to eat every day no matter the duration of your stay. Staff is the nicest, waiters, reception, cleaning, everyone is always nice and offers you a smile and help when is needed. Thanks to Raju and Steffen for being exceptionally kind during the check-in, also specially thanks to Jean-Claude and Tobias during the check-out. They also took care of my luggage during the whole day after checking-out. I feel grateful to stay here and experienced München during 2 weeks. 5 stars no doubt, completely recommend!
