I need a place to stay and pick this Horrible place.never again.
I’ve stayed at other microtels and never ever ever ever had even one issue
Going upstairs to my room , some of the lights in the hallway work some don’t. When I got in my room 1 lamp light worked , no toilet paper . The bathroom was not cleaned there were hair all over the bathroom. Microwave didn’t work.
It’s dirty I’m surprised they are allowed to be open.
They advertise breakfast but guess what Nope I was told “we are working on it.
Don’t do it to yourself, the health department needs to inspect them for sure.
I only gave one start because I had to give one but I wouldn’t give it any
I wouldn’t stay at this location even if it was free.

I made a reservation directly through the Microtel website, and when I arrived to the hotel, there were typed and handwritten signs everywhere, which should have been a red flag immediately. The outside of the hotel looked nice enough, but I noted that there were very few cars there, which should have been another red flag. When I went to check in, the signs notified guests that the hotel was under new management. Other signs told us that there was no coffee, no breakfast, and that checkout time was not noon as advertised, but was 11:00 am. I was greeted by the front desk person and told her I had a reservation, and she told me that there was a $100 deposit in addition to the cost of the room. That's cool, I've had that in other places. However, when I went to give her my card, she informed me that the deposit was cash only. I explained that I booked online and that none of these things were told to me while booking, especially the $100 CASH ONLY deposit. She told me that when you book through a third party website (which I didn't), it doesn't always tell you everything. She then told me that I could proceed to the ATM down the street and get cash. I wasn't comfortable with this as I was on a tight schedule but also I felt like this would result in "something" being flagged after I left, and my money not being returned. I ended up going to a different hotel and staying. I contacted Microtel customer support and they refunded my money, which was amazing.

It wasn't clean, hall lighting was so dim you almost worried you could be mugged.. The bed was so hard, we could have slept on the floor and been more comfortable. Last person to stay, their hair was still on the lavatory. Only plus, staff was courteous and helpful.

The first room we went to the bed wasn't made and there was trash in the floor. So they "upgraded" us and this next room had no remote for the tv, no refrigerator, had blood and cigarette burns in the comforter. There was something black on one of the wash rags, which I am assuming someone cooked there dope on their spoon then wiped the spoon on the rag. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Worst place I've ever stayed!

Ele voltou hoje para ver novamente sobre um quarto mesma mulher e crianças lá. Não frigobar ou microondas. First was given a room that had a key problem. Go downstairs and let them know that I couldn’t get in. They get this contraption to get under the door to unlock it. They get it open and the windows were open, the a/c running and a hole in the tub. Got a new room nonetheless. And the new room also had a window open, the wallpaper falling off the walls, no tv remote, tv doesn’t work, there is dried drywall mud on the floor, the tub fills when taking shower, the shower curtains were dirty, the bathroom lights didn’t have a cover nor the switches have covers. Only had 2 sheets on the bed and 2 pillows. I had to ask for one of the quilts. Walking through the hallway can see that the wall apart is falling off and was repaired with clear packing tape. Lights flicker like out of a horror film. Unhappy with the cleanliness of it all.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. When I arrived the desk clerk told me I had to wait but she did see my reservation, all while on the phone. Then proceeded to make me sit and wait while she checked someone else in. Finally checked in, the room was horrible but I could tolerate a night. They didn't accept my service animal after showing them his registration. Asked me if he was a service dog for anxiety and I said no, he's for medical alert. Acted like I was lying about it but it clearly says on his registration medical alert dog. Then after laughing and making a joke about for 10 minutes I was informed I could get a refund and go somewhere else. I'll never be back again.

My husband went there 2 times to see about a room. First time the lady acted like she didn't want to get off her chair to help me plus she had 2 or 3 kids runningaround. So he left. He went back today to see again about a room same woman and kids there. No fridge or microwave. I could get them maybe if I took a room with 2 beds but wanted to charge me 182.00 more. Is this a motel or a daycare.

Room 208 January 7, 2022 finally after a long wait to get a room. They checked me in, The room was grossly dirty, the white sheets were brown with stains all over but the staff claim that they were clean . I nicely ask for some clean sheet so as a result the manager refuse my request and argue that they were clean so she called the authorities on me and ask me to leave the premises. This is the worst experience ever. For future references if the choice is to stay with them please don’t , if so only at your disappointment. Avoid the microtel at all cost. I don’t know how they pass sanitary certification this place should not even exist in a third world country you all. Never never never ever again I would rather sleep in the street.
