Friends and family booked a few rooms 10 months before our stay at a great price. Closer to the time of travel the hotel kept making up excuses my card is being declined despite contacting Amex Centurion telling me no attempts have been made by hotel. Because we got a room at a great price and now closer to the time the hotel can sell at a much higher rate they automatically cancelled my room with a lie. Do not book with this hotel as you may find your self in a similar situation and end up booking last minute with rocket high prices.

I would like to say that I had the best customer service ever in any hotel or country I stayed at. Zakaria at check-in was amazing, and so is the entire staff. The staff at reception is unbelievably nice, please stay that way, my next visit will be there, and I'll make sure all my friends know that and google reviews as well. From booking to communication to getting my in-room PCR test, all was super smooth. You guys are awesome, I visited so many countries, nothing like your service. 5 Star Hotel and service. Thank you

Classificação 7,5 Lados positivos: Grandes quartos de apartamento Disponibilidade da equipe Cama confortável Bela vista do quarto Serviços internos incluindo PCR na sala Presença constante de táxis na entrada Lados negativos: Distância do metro (18min a pé) Café da manhã variado, mas muito picante, frios para um não comestível italiano Número limitado de espreguiçadeiras na piscina e você corre o risco de ser deixado no chão Falta de bidê no banheiro Não havia sabão para a máquina de lavar (estar lá seria bom encontrar pelo menos algumas cápsulas)

Quartos muito confortáveis, limpos e confortáveis, com terraço. Soquetes universais abundantes na sala. Havia sempre água engarrafada oferecida pelo hotel, utensílios para fazer chá e café, ferro e tábua de passar. Chuveiro grande, artigos de toalete bem abastecidos. Pessoal muito gentil. Com uma caminhada de 10 minutos, você pode chegar à estação de metrô internet city

Bom hotel e excelente custo-benefício. É um hotel, mas você também pode reservar apartamentos. Tivemos uma pequena kitchenette no quarto com fogão e até mesmo uma máquina de lavar (ambos não utilizados). O banheiro poderia usar uma atualização, mas de resto estava tudo bem. As camas eram excelentes, nem muito duras, nem muito moles. Eles foram feitos diariamente e fornecidos com roupa de cama limpa. Outro serviço também foi bom, funcionários simpáticos na recepção e no restaurante onde tomamos café da manhã (você também pode sair pelo caminho). A localização do hotel não é tão central, mas o preço também. Mas de táxi, as principais atrações podem ser alcançadas em 15 minutos e o aeroporto em 30 minutos.

Gostei do lugar, visitei duas vezes com a família, reservei o quarto do apartamento do hotel, estava totalmente mobiliado com todos os aparelhos e foi uma ótima experiência. A equipe de arrumação foi muito educada e prestativa sempre que ligar há sempre uma resposta até meia-noite. Altamente recomendado pedir o andar mais alto, pois a vista é incrível, se você tiver sorte e conseguir a vista do quarto no bairro de Greens, apreciará a vista do pôr do sol.

I liked the place, visited it twice with family, I booked the hotel apartment room it was fully furnished with all appliances and it was great experience. The housekeeping staff was very polite and helpful whenever you call there is always a response even midnight. Highly recommended to ask for higher floor as the view is amazing, if you were lucky and get the room view on the Greens neighborhood you'll enjoy the sunset view .

Tive a máxima disponibilidade e gentileza por parte de todo o bom staff, o cara chamado Mohamdou que, vendo-me em apuros com minhas malas, veio me ajudar. Os quartos limpos, a única coisa que nos foi dada foi um quarto com camas separadas. Eu não queria dizer nada porque são apenas três dias. Eu estava cansado demais para ir para a recepção novamente com tudo o que viu os dois passaportes meu parceiro e eu De qualquer forma dar o resto tudo muito bom e gentil.

This hotel was excellent in many regards. I was checked in by Zakaria who was incredibly helpful and kind. I told him that I was coming from the Ramada down the road (which was horrible btw) and that I was looking forward to staying at the Millennium. He put me in a lovely room which was very clean and modern. I loved the shower and the space in the entryway. Breakfast was included in my room rate and despite the breakfast buffet being busy, they had room for the overflow of guests so you did not have to wait very long to receive your food. I was only here for one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be staying at the Millennium on my next trip to Dubai.

The stay was fantastic, room was cleaned to the tea everyday before returning to the room. The housekeeping staff Kareem was very friendly and had helped us with anything needed. He had given us many activities to do and places to check. Would come to this hotel anytime. Room (2009)

Friendly staff and a good hotel! The breakfast was very varied. The rooms are nice and spacious.At night you can hear the elevators in the room. For us it was not a big deal but when you’re a light sleeper it might keep you awake.

All in All enjoyed my stay here, no complaints with the room or any of the staff. They bring multiple new water bottles every day.. the pool is nice to chill by too and hotel lobby is nice and clean, the taxi system can be a bit annoying as often waiting ages for other taxis to move and can become a long queue. Also the lifts take a very long time and often get confusing as many lifts.

We stayed in over 7 hotels in Dubai this summer and Millennium Place TECOM was easily one of the best experiences we have had of staying in Dubai hotels. The staff was amazing from Manager to Housekeeping and so were the rooms. The breakfast was cool and the poolside common area was a good place to chill at. Absolutely loved our stay here and would love to come back.

We had an event (birthday) at Millennium Place, at the M-Two restaurant and we were quite impressed. The customer service was great, the venue is great, the food was great. Ali was great in ensuring that we had all that we needed for the event. Camille was the perfect host with very good customer service. The food was great, our guests loved the food.
