Nuestra estadía no comenzó de la manera que queríamos o esperábamos, pero el personal y la gerencia hicieron todo lo posible para solucionarlo. Así que después de un día o dos estábamos en la habitación que habíamos reservado. El personal, especialmente la recepción y el personal de limpieza son los mejores, siempre sonrientes y serviciales. Buena comida en el restaurante y las habitaciones están renovadas (desde nuestra última estancia, hace 4 años). En general, estamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia y volveremos.

Our stay did not start the way we wanted or expected, but the staff and management did everything in their power to fix it for us. So after a day or two we where in the room we had booked. The staff, espesially the front desk and the cleaning personell are the best, allways smiling and helpful. Good food in the restaurant and the rooms are renovated (since our last stay, 4 years ago). All in all we are very happy with our stay and will come back.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, pago por um quarto econômico sp minha classificação é baseada nisso, eles têm instalações incríveis no coração de livingstone. Diferente do meu banheiro que tinha uma banheira em vez de um chuveiro tudo o resto foi ótimo.eu recomendo dormir aqui e tentar lá quartos mais caros que farei na próxima vez. A roupa de cama é trocada diariamente com toalhas limpas todos os dias.

Tuve una gran estadía, pagué por una habitación económica. Mi calificación se basa en eso, tienen instalaciones increíbles en el corazón de Livingstone. Aparte de mi baño, que tenía una bañera en lugar de una ducha, todo lo demás fue genial. Recomiendo encarecidamente dormir aquí y probar allí habitaciones más caras, lo que haré la próxima vez. La ropa de cama se cambia a diario con toallas limpias todos los días.

Had a great stay, paid for a budget room sp my rating is based on that, they have awesome facilities in the heart of livingstone. Other than my bathroom which had a tub instead of a shower everything else was great.i highly recommend sleeping here and trying there more priced rooms which I will do next time. The bedding are changed daily with fresh towel every day.

Primeira vez em Livingston, fiz check-in no novo hotel fairmount e fiquei realmente impressionado com a maneira como fui recebido. A recepcionista (Beatrix) foi excelente. Senhora perfeita para o trabalho. Ela me recebeu, fez arranjos para minha comida e, embora eu não tenha solicitado um check-in antecipado quando reservei on-line, ela organizou meu quarto rapidamente e me permitiu fazer o check-in 1 hora antes do horário normal de check-in. O quarto era grande e nice.I definitivamente voltar a este hotel e eu recomendaria a quem visita Livingston. Obrigado Beatrix por ser tão profissional.

¡El mejor lugar para alojarse en Livingstone! Hay una agradable piscina refrescante, un excelente restaurante, transporte gratuito al aeropuerto e incluso una discoteca los fines de semana. Primera vez en Livingston, me registré en el nuevo hotel Fairmount y quedé realmente impresionado por la forma en que me recibieron. La recepcionista (Beatrix) fue excelente. Señora perfecta para el trabajo. Ella me dio la bienvenida, hizo los arreglos para mi comida y, aunque no solicité un registro temprano cuando reservé en línea, arregló mi habitación rápidamente y me permitió registrarme 1 hora antes de la hora normal de registro. Best place to stay in Livingstone! There's a nice refreshing pool, great restaurant, free airport shuttle, and even a nightclub on the weekends. The staff is incredible, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend staying here when visiting Victoria Falls.

First time in Livingston, checked into the new fairmount hotel and I was really impressed by the way I was received. The receptionist ( Beatrix) was excellent. Perfect lady for the job. She welcomed me, made arrangements for my food, and although I didn’t request an early check in when I booked online but she arranged my room quickly and allowed me to check in 1 hour before normal check in time. The room was big and nice.I would definitely come back to this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Livingston. Thanks Beatrix for being so professional.
