BEAUTIFUL!! Great service! Shout out to our bellman, can’t remember his name, but he was super helpful and nice! Wish we could have stayed an extra day to enjoy the rooftop pool! It was a rainy week down South.

It’s a bit highly priced but offers excellent and quality stay. People are very kind and helpful. The rooms are big and spacious. The location is great too. Absolutely loved our stay here of 5 days and 4 nights. 👍

Great hotel, great service up front. Was a tad disappointed that the rooftop bar advertised was not open the whole time we were there and the pool was limited to 8pm. Liked the hotel but probably won't stay there again. Would recommend if you don't care to use there amenities.

This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to anywhere you need to go. The rooms had no issues. the rooftop pool area view is okay. the pool was a little different - the water was all the way to the top. The service was excellent very nice people. The history behind it is pretty cool.

The air conditioner in this hotel is a joke. It doesn’t dehumidify, so you will drown in the ocean of sweat even though it will be unpleasantly cold. Some bartenders give you attitude when you want to pay them with the vouchers. The hotel gives them as complimentary to every guest. Some people sneak in to the pool on the rooftop and play loud rap music and smoke marihuana. Overall, I would give this hotel two stars. Their rating should be revised. I won’t return.

We had a treat stay at the NOPSI hotel!! The hotel was clean and airy and the decor was beautiful! The rooms were extremely clean and spacious and the staff was kind and accommodating.Antonio at the concierge desk was very helpful in booking our tours prior to our arrival. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to NOLA.

Eu realmente gostei de como estávamos perto de Bourbon St. Apenas uma caminhada de 5 minutos. O quarto era excepcionalmente grande e muito limpo. A cama era tão confortável também. O hotel as instalações eram lindas e nós realmente gostamos de passar o tempo na piscina da cobertura. Também a loja de conveniência no lobby estava bem abastecido e com preços decentes. Eu teria apreciado um microondas no quarto embora.

hospedado aqui para 4 noites este mês (22 março) e Entes. Equipe fantástica, ótimo bar do lobby e localização central. Piscina na cobertura e bar divertido para relaxar. A única desvantagem é que o restaurante do hotel é médio (comida, mas não ambiente) Definitivamente recomendo para quem vem a NOLA.

Belas acomodações, bar e área de piscina. Serviço estelar, personalizado e rápido - todos os membros da equipe com quem interagimos (incluindo Kevin e Jeffrey) foram gentis e atenciosos. Também adorei o bolo rei de boas-vindas e comunicação constante da equipe antes de um d durante a nossa estadia. Eu gostaria que meu quarto real em casa fosse tão exuberante quanto o nosso - as portas francesas, os tetos altos e a bela área de toucador foram destaques. Ótima localização também. Definitivamente, recomendamos o NOPSI para outras pessoas.

Hermosas habitaciones, bar y área de piscina. Servicio estelar, personalizado y rápido: todos los miembros del personal con los que interactuamos (incluidos Kevin y Jeffrey) fueron amables y atentos. También me encantó el pastel de bienvenida y la comunicación constante del personal antes de una d durante nuestra estadía. Desearía que mi dormitorio real en casa fuera tan exuberante como nuestra habitación: las puertas francesas, los techos altos y el hermoso tocador fueron lo más destacado. Gran ubicación también. Definitivamente recomendaremos NOPSI a otros.

Realmente disfruté lo cerca que estábamos de Bourbon St. A solo 5 minutos a pie. La habitación era excepcionalmente grande y muy limpio. La cama también era muy cómoda. El hotel las instalaciones eran hermosas y realmente disfrutamos pasar el tiempo en la piscina de la azotea. También la tienda de conveniencia en el vestíbulo. estaba bien abastecido ya un precio decente. Sin embargo, hubiera apreciado un microondas en la habitación.

Stayed here for 4 nights this month (March 22) and loved it. Fantastic staff, great lobby bar and central location. Rooftop pool and bar fun to lounge. Only downside is hotel restaurant is average (food but not ambiance) Definitely recommend for anyone coming to NOLA.

I really enjoyed how close we were to Bourbon St. Just a 5 min walk. The room was exceptionally large and very clean. The bed was so comfortable as well. The hotel facilities were beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time at the rooftop pool. Also the convenience store in the lobby was well stocked and decently priced. I would've appreciated a microwave in the room though.

Beautiful accommodations, bar & pool area. Stellar, personalized & fast service - every staff member we interacted with (including Kevin & Jeffrey) was kind & thoughtful. Also loved the welcome king cake & constant communication from staff prior to a d during our stay. I wish my actual bedroom at home was as lush as our room was - the French doors, high ceilings & beautiful vanity area were highlights. Great location as well. We will definitely recommend NOPSI to others.

Bom hotel em Nola. As camas são confortáveis, o banheiro é enorme! Fiquei surpreso que não havia cafeteira ou micro-ondas nos quartos… o que é bastante normal hoje em dia, mesmo em hotéis muito mais baratos. Também pelo preço bastante surpreso, eu não tinha uma janela no meu quarto que realmente dava para fora.

My husband's coworker had his wedding here. This was one of the best weddings I have ever been to. I was blown away by the staff. Very impressive.The food was perfect. The place was beautiful.Zero complaints.

Nice hotel in Nola. Beds are comfy, bathroom is huge! Was surprised that there was no coffee maker or microwave in the rooms… that comes pretty standard these days even in much much cheaper hotels. Also for the price pretty surprised I didn’t have a window in my room that actually looked outside.

Nós amamos muito de nossa experiência aqui. Nós apreciamos o aceno para a história do edifício sendo um banco em sua vida anterior. Grande suíte de canto que faltava apenas alguns itens essenciais. O pessoal foi bom.O barman do restaurante não sabia fazer um antiquado. Íamos ficar para jantar, mas sentimos uma vibração estranha, então fomos para o Cure.

We loved most of our experience here.We enjoyed the nod to the history of the building being a bank in it's former life.Great corner suite that was only missing a few essentials.The staff was nice.The bartender in the restaurant did not know how to make an Old Fashioned.We were going to stay for supper but got a weird vibe, so went to Cure.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas mi novia se la paso muy agusto, la cama estaba super comodas, dormimos muy agusto, descansamos muy bien despues de un largo vuelo que hemos tenido, el lobby esta muy bonito, me gusto bastante muy bien decorado y un buen servicio de los empleados del hotel
