Compreender totalmente o clima atual com COVID e escassez de funcionários, mas uma explicação melhor do sistema de estacionamento seria melhor , problemas ao usar o cartão para o elevador, mas como já usamos este hotel antes (localização perfeita), iria ficar de novo, a equipe tentou 👍🏾

Entienda totalmente el clima actual con COVID y la escasez de personal, pero una mejor explicación del sistema de estacionamiento sería mejor, Pagó por el estacionamiento a la llegada £ 12, solo para descubrir que el hotel proporciona un TKT para su estadía, más solo una almohada en la habitación, , problemas para usar la tarjeta para el ascensor, pero debido a que hemos usado este hotel antes (ubicación perfecta) me quedaría de nuevo, el personal lo intentó 👍🏾

Totally understand current climate with COVID and Staff shortages,but better explanation of the the parking system would be better, Payed for parking on Arrival £12, only to find out the hotel supply a TKT for your stay,plus only one pillow in room,, trouble using card for Lift,but because we've used this hotel before (perfect location) would stay again, Staff did try though 👍🏾

Não é o melhor em que já fiquei. Ambos os elevadores quebraram, então eram escadas. Os quartos eram excessivamente quentes, mas não eram ruins. No entanto, não há travesseiros sobressalentes. Os funcionários foram ótimos, exceto quando percebemos que tinham esquecido uma bebida com a refeição. A refeição estava, ok. Metade do menu que eles não tinham, então as crianças perderam. Apenas uma sobremesa parecia mal passada e um cabelo na tigela.

No es el mejor en el que me he alojado. Ambos ascensores se rompieron tanto que las escaleras. Las habitaciones estaban demasiado calientes, pero no está mal. Sin embargo, no hay almohadas de repuesto. El personal fue excelente, aparte de cuando nos dimos cuenta de que se habían olvidado de tomar una copa con la comida. La comida estuvo bien. La mitad del menú que no tenían, por lo que los niños se lo perdieron. Solo había un postre, parecía poco cocido y un pelo en el cuenco.

Not the best I've stayed in.
Both lifts broke down so stairs it was.
Rooms were overly hot but not bad. No spare pillows though.
Staff were great, apart when we realised they had forgotten a drink with the meal. The meal was, okay. Half the menu they didn't have so kids missed out. Only one dessert to be had, seemed undercooked and a hair in the bowl.

Nenhuma roupa de cama ou toalhas como a entrega não veio !! Pessoal feito lá melhor. Os pobres faxineiros trabalharam noite adentro quando a entrega finalmente chegou! O hotel estava totalmente reservado! Acho que os faxineiros deveriam receber um bônus ou algum tipo de prêmio pelo trabalho árduo de ontem à noite!

No hay ropa de cama ni toallas, ya que la entrega no llegó. El personal lo hizo mejor. ¡Los pobres limpiadores estaban trabajando toda la noche cuando finalmente llegó la entrega! ¡El hotel estaba lleno! ¡Piense que los limpiadores deberían recibir una bonificación o algún tipo de premio por su arduo trabajo anoche!

No bedding or towels as delivery didnt come!! Staff done there best. The poor cleaners were working through the night when the delivery eventually arrived! Hotel was fully booked! Think the cleaners should get a bonus or some sort of award for their hard work last night!

Excelente atendimento ao cliente do homem que trabalhava na recepção na sexta-feira de madrugada. Conseguiu me ajudar a conseguir um táxi de volta para Norwich com uma empresa que era absolutamente horrível. Um homem realmente útil e adorável me fez sentir à vontade e realmente ajudou quando ele não ajudou. MUITO obrigado também este homem 👍🏼

Brilliant customer service from the man working on reception Friday early hours. Managed to help me out loads getting a taxi back to Norwich with a firm that were absolutely dreadful. Really helpful and lovely man made me feel at ease and really helped out when he didn’t have too. BIG thank you too this man 👍🏼

Muy mal hotel. Nos cobraron 152 libras de más. Y nos las tuvieron que devolver despues de varias reclamaciones. La wifi funciona como en el siglo XIX...no funciona. El ascensor estuvo tres días sin funcionar. Mantenimiento debería de ser mejor.
