A very comfortable hotel,
Muito bom pessoal. Todo lugar limpo e você não sabe para onde ir. Ótimo espaço. Você se sente muito bem lá. Eu vou de novo, recomendo. Filip
Satisfação máxima, pessoal super quartos bonitos com todas as guarnições, ótimo café da manhã, certamente ainda chegar.
O PIOR BAR DE HOTEL DE SEMPRE: sério. Eu não estou brincando. O pessoal, ou pelo menos a senhora (terça-feira, 11 de agosto) é o pior de todos (e acredite em mim quando digo isso (eu mesmo sou dono de um restaurante). Esperando uns 5 minutos para perceber que ela estava apenas sentando, fumando e falando . Ela me disse “eu estarei lá.” Sério? Eu estava solicitando um serviço. Caso contrário, o hotel deveria considerar fechar o bar, ou contratar pessoas mais competentes. Depois disso, quando fui pagar, ela cobrou mais do que eu fui cobrado na noite anterior por um barman diferente pelas mesmas bebidas. Então, como se chama isso? SEJA MAIS SÉRIO.
Pareceria falso, mas este foi o pior hotel em que já me hospedei. A sala estava certa, mas muito quente, ainda mais do que fora. Peço ajuda; eles me falaram que havia algo errado com a unidade, e iriam chamar alguém para consertar (nunca aconteceu). Café da manhã, mesmo o pensamento estava incluído, era horrível. Pule o café da manhã se você não se importa de gastar dinheiro comendo em outro lugar. A comida era velha, reaquecendo de dias anteriores. Sucos? Era apenas água com cor. O pessoal? Bem, uma senhora idosa em particular que estava fumando quando pedi uma bebida no bar do saguão apenas para me dizer para esperar. Desculpe? Então, ela me cobrou mais pelas mesmas bebidas que eu tinha bebido na noite anterior. Ela foi rude. Ela não deveria trabalhar com pessoas.O hotel tem potencial para ser algo realmente bacana, mas a falta de engajamento e de staff faz com que não queira ficar aqui.
Para começar quando chegamos ao nosso quarto a chave estava errada e emperrou, eles tiveram que trocar de quarto, o ar condicionado não funcionava e ligamos várias vezes e não foi resolvido, por outro lado na primeira noite estávamos no bar bebendo e cobraram As bebidas a um preço no dia seguinte voltamos a beber e as mesmas bebidas tinham um preço superior, a moça que nos servia estava de mau humor e ofereceram um serviço péssimo para resolver o problema. Eles realmente tornaram minha experiência menos que agradável. Não voltarei.
Para empezar al llegar a nuestra habitación la llave estaba mal y se atoro, tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y llamamos varias veces y no fue resuelto, por otra parte la primera noche estuvimos en el bar tomando y nos cobraron los tragos a un precio al siguiente día fuimos nuevamente a tomar y los mismos tragos tenían un precio más alto, la chica que nos atendió estaba de mal humor, y ofrecieron un pésimo servicio para resolver el inconveniente. De verdad que hicieron mi experiencia poco amena. No volveré.

Solicito ayuda; me dijeron que había algún problema con la unidad y que llamarían a alguien para que lo arreglara (nunca sucedió). El desayuno, aunque estaba incluido, era horrible. Omita el desayuno si no le importa gastar dinero comiendo en otro lugar. La comida era vieja, recalentada de días anteriores. Jugos? Era solo agua con color. ¿El personal? Bueno, una anciana en particular que estaba sentada fumando cuando pedí una bebida en el bar del vestíbulo para decirme que esperara. ¿Perdóneme? Entonces, me cobró más por las mismas bebidas que había tomado la noche anterior. Ella fue grosera. No debería trabajar con personas.El hotel tiene potencial para ser algo realmente agradable, pero la falta de compromiso y el personal hacen que uno no quiera quedarse aquí.
El PEOR BAR DE HOTEL: en serio. No estoy bromeando. El personal, o al menos la señora (martes 11 de agosto) es el peor de todos (y créanme cuando lo digo (yo soy el dueño de un restaurante). Esperando como 5 minutos para darse cuenta de que solo estaba sentada, fumando y hablando . Me dijo “ahí estaré”. ¿En serio? Estaba solicitando un servicio. Si no, el hotel debería considerar cerrar el bar, o contratar personas más competentes. Después de eso, cuando fui a pagar, me cobró más de lo que un barman diferente me cobró la noche anterior por las mismas bebidas. Entonces, ¿cómo se llama a eso? SER MÁS SERIO.
To begin with when we got to our room the key was wrong and it got stuck, they had to change rooms, the air conditioning did not work and we called several times and it was not resolved, on the other hand the first night we were in the bar drinking and they charged us the Drinks at a price the next day we went to drink again and the same drinks had a higher price, the girl who served us was in a bad mood, and they offered a terrible service to solve the problem. They really made my experience less than enjoyable. I will not come back.
It would sound like fake, but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was right, but too hot, even more than outside. I request help; they told me it was something wrong with the unit, and they would call somebody to fix it (never happened). Breakfast, even thought was included, was horrible. Skip the breakfast if you don’t mind to spend money eating somewhere else. The food was old, reheating from prior days. Juices ? It was just water with color. The staff? Well, a particular old lady who was seating smoking when I requested a drink at the lobby bar to just tell me to wait. Excuse me? Than, she charged me more for the same drinks I had had the night before. She was rude. She shouldn’t work with people. The hotel has potencial to be something really nice, but the lack of engagement and the staff makes one not to want to stay here.

The WORST HOTEL BAR EVER: seriously. I am not kidding. The staff, or at least the lady (Tuesday, August 11th) is the worst ever (and believe me when I say so (I am myself a restaurant owner). Waiting like 5 minutes to realized she was just seating, smoking, and talking. She told me “I will be there”. Seriously? I was requesting a service. If not, the hotel should considere to close the bar, or hire more competent people. After that, when I went to pay, she charged me more than I was charged the night before by a different bartender for the same drinks. So, how one calls that? BE MORE SERIOUS.
Nice hotel, ótimo café da manhã, apenas o quarto levava uma TV e, infelizmente, não tivemos qualquer vontade de consertar. Pena que arruinou nossa impressão geral.
Bonito hotel, desayuno estupendo, solo la habitación tenía televisión y desafortunadamente no tuvimos ninguna disposición para arreglar. Lástima, arruinó nuestra impresión general.
Nice hotel, breakfast great, only the room carried TV and unfortunately we did not get any willingness to fix. Too bad, it ruined our overall impression.
