Staying for an extended time at this excellent hotel. The staff has been incredibly helpful and always smiling. Requests are fulfilled quickly. The rooms and common areas are sparkling clean. The location is perfect! Close to everything - post office, banks, grocery store, restaurants, shops, public transport and more.
The kitchenette was well stocked - I was able to cook full meals. The extra sitting area was quite large and comfortably appointed.
I will be sad to leave!

Our stay was very relaxing and we really enjoyed what the area had to offer in terms of family friendly options! The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble - in particular Tara! Thankyou, we will revisit!

Extremely disappointed. Booked accommodation at 5.30pm, arrived just 2 hours later. No off street parking as promised. Asked if we would like a desk fan as there was no air conditioning, why were we not advised of this at time of booking? Asked for wi fi password, no internet, technician to repair in the morning. Because there was no air conditioning, the main hallway smelt shocking. No soap in apartment, found someone else’s item of clothing next to the bed. Took 5-10 minutes to get the shower to stop alternating from either hot to cold, no in between. Cost $360 to stay overnight. We did try to access the internet, connected, but unable to use. They wanted to charge us for this the next morning as we handed back the keys, they were very generous in not charging us for the privilege. Just very disappointed overall, more so if the fact that they had these problems without notifying us as we booked, as we would have gone elsewhere. The poor staff member was pretty embarrassed by it all.

The property has had a recent refurbishment and it look great. The rooms are an excellent size and they look and feel good. Combined with friendly staff and a first class location that is close to the river and right on Chapel St, Quest on Chapel is highly recommended.

The room was quite spacious and well priced but the entire floor and our room had a very old, musty smell to it. Great location. Was fairly upset that we paid for late checkout at 12pm and then were awakened by a phone call at 10:30am asking why we hadn't checked out yet. Better communication between staff is required.
