I checked in room 404 at the Ramada by Wyndham Bronx Terminal. When I entered the room, I placed my jacket on the bed, and there was a roach crawling on bed. During my entire stay, roaches crawled from numerous sections of the room (I.e. my mothers bed, the bathroom sink, the floor). I also noticed a spot of dried blood by her bed. I asked a worker about the ice machine, which was located on the third floor of the hotel. When my mother and I went to the machine, there were numerous piece of ice that had roaches frozen inside.

Ok I gave the stay 1 star because I can't give No star ,the hotel is Roach infested. As soon as luggage was put on bed and throughout the stay Roaches was crawling around. Then it was dried blood stains on the floor by the bed .But here's the worst part about it. Went to the ice machine to retrieve ice and there were frozen Roaches in the ice itself ( I couldn't believe it ) !! And they advertise breakfast that's not true .
I reserved 2 rooms and quite honestly would have been better off sleeping in my car. I unplugged their hair dryer to use outlet in one room and had roaches come crawling out and in second room had roaches coming from lamp on night stand. Thanks for the sleepless night after my mother in laws funeral.
If i could give this place negative stars i would! ITS INFESTED WITH ROACHES! Literally killed about 4 roaches and seen about 6 more that i didn’t get to kill!!! Dude downstairs switched my room from the 4th floor to the 1st floor. As soon as i walked in there was a roach next to the tv. I searched the room before getting comfortable and seen 2 more roaches. I packed my bag and back downstairs and asked for my money back (which i payed cash, so it shouldn’t of been a problem to get a refund), however dude didn’t wanna give me money back instead wanted to give me a 3rd room and give me a discount! After making a scene she called his boss again and they gave me a full refund! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! ROACHES ARE LITERALLY EVERYWHERE!!!

Ugh, infelizmente eu não teria escolhido este hotel ....... mas desde que estava viajando com um grupo foi o que foi decidido. O quarto não possui qualquer tipo de cafeteira em nenhum quarto. ENTÃO SE CAFÉ É SEU JAM, FIQUE LONGE CAFÉ ARRUINADO DE COVID ... secadores de cabelo não funcionam também bummer cabelos uma bagunça feliz 40º !!! Ah, e esses carinhas apareceram ... Eu sei que estamos na cidade, então as baratas vêm com o território ??? (Pedindo um amigo)
Uf, desafortunadamente no habría elegido este hotel ... pero desde que viajé con un grupo fue lo que se decidió. La habitación no tiene ningún tipo de cafetera en ninguna habitación. ASÍ QUE SI EL CAFÉ ES SU MERMELADA, MANTÉNGASE ALEJADO DEL CAFÉ COVID Y ARRUINADO ... los secadores de pelo no funcionan ni los cabellos fastidiosos son un desastre, ¡feliz 40 °! Ah, y estos pequeños aparecieron ... Sé que estamos en la ciudad, ¿así que las cucarachas vienen con el territorio? (Pidiendo un amigo)

Ugh, unfortunately I would have not picked this hotel....... but since traveling with a group it was what was decided. Room does not have any type of coffee makers in any room. SO IF COFFEE IS YOUR JAM, STAY AWAY COVID RUINED COFFEE... blow dryers don't work either bummer hairs a mess happy 40th!!! Oh and these little guys showed up,,,, I know we are in the city, so do roaches come with the territory??? (Asking for a friend)
Não vá para este hotel. Baratas por toda parte. Eles saem à noite e estão por todo o hotel. Eles entraram na minha bagagem e estão por toda parte. O próprio hotel está sujo e em uma área insegura ao lado de um terreno abandonado cercado por arame farpado. Não fique aqui. Eu não aguentava o estado do hotel e dormi no terminal da Penn Station por 6 horas em vez de ficar no meu quarto. A pior experiência de hotel da minha vida.
Don't go to this hotel. Roaches everywhere. They come out at night and are all over the hotel. They got into my luggage and they are everywhere. The hotel itself is dirty and in an unsafe area next to an abandoned lot surrounded by barb wire. Don't stay here. I could not stand the state of the hotel and slept at the Penn Station terminal for 6 hours instead of staying in my room. Worst hotel experience of my life.
A estadia foi boa por causa do tamanho da cama E o quarto em si parece ótimo, também espaçoso, o único problema que tive foi com as baratas que estavam literalmente por toda parte, como nas cortinas debaixo da mesa no quarto, no banheiro basicamente como eu disse em todos os lugares Nd Em vez de se esconder, eles continuavam saindo

The stay was good because of the size of the bed Nd the room itself looks great, also spacious the only had a problem about I had was with the roaches they were literally everywhere, like in the curtains under the table in the room , in the bathroom basically like I said every whereNd Instead of hiding they kept coming out
Aquele espelho do banheiro era tão bom que poderia usar um microondas no quarto, mas, apesar de tudo, foi uma estadia agradável. O cobertor tinha um buraco de queimadura, mas isso não era um problema. Foi bom e limpo, recomendo que outros fiquem.
That bathroom mirror was so nice, could of used a microwave in the room though but all in all it was a nice stay. The blanket had a burn hole in it but that wasn’t much of a problem. It was nice and clean, do recommend others to stay.

Um ótimo hotel em uma parte difícil do bairro. A equipe foi tão simpática e prestativa. Os quartos eram limpos e bem decorados.
Hotel muy bien ubicado, las personas que trabajan hay encantadoras...camas enormes y comodísimas, habitación grande y todo muy limpio... Hemos estado mi sobrina y yo encantadas. Desayuno lo único que todos los días lo mismo.
Extremely unpleasant experience for me. Room and lobby has sickening smell. The coffee machine would leak. Room is very small and unclean
El hotel está bastante bien, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta lo que te puedes encontrar en Nueva York. La primera noche nos alojamos en la planta baja y el resto nos cambiaron a algún piso más arriba ya que estos son más silenciosos. El precio incluye desayuno buffet (café, fruta, huevos revueltos, salchichas, bagels, pan de molde, muffins, napolitanas, yogures, celereales...)
I've been a regular in this hotel for about 7 months now, yet only 1 night auditor seems to remember me. When booking my room I always request top floors and back of building only to end up with first or second floor front . And for 1 or 2 exception the staff is nothing but rude and not accommodating... thanks God for midtown
A great hotel in a rough part of the borough. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed.
It was a great stay. The place was very clean and tidy. Parth at the desk had a great smile and welcoming demeanor. It was a little pricey at $270 a night when we went but it was early December so I kind of get it. We got a 2nd floor room, elevator was immaculate. There were however stains on the hallway carpet and no ice machine on second floor only a cavity on the wall where it should be. The room faced the front of the hotel so it was partial mall view with plenty of parking space view. The room was clean but the bathroom light flickered. They do have these neat touch mirrors that give you light for makeup purposes I assume. Breakfast was great. They had bagels, bread to toast, muffins, oatmeal and grits, sausages, eggs... a decent bounty included in your bill. The beds were great too very comfortable. The king size is a dream. Our stay was brief but we enjoyed the stay. I'd say I'd come back but I'll check prices first, if it stays at $270 I'm not coming back.

Ramada by Wyndham in The Bronx a very nice small hotel in the Bronx close to the shopping mall and a couple blocks from the Grand Concourse where you can grab a quick bite to eat. The rooms are very clean and roomy with a large flat screen TV that moves in all angles which is a plus and the all you can eat beakfest is a super plus plus and a good verity of food to choose from. The bed are very clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong at is hotel. Four and a half star I gave them, it's just the location I'm not sure of.
