Here’s a 3D view of the room with kitchenette. I’ve stayed here twice with my two kiddos during my visits. I’ve had a couple issues such as the bathroom tub drain stopper not working and the doorknob coming loose but those are the only issues I’ve really had. The rooms are comfortable, and pretty good sized. You have to call the lobby for a dish pack and just explain what you need. For the kitchenette, there’s a two burner cooktop, full fridge with freezer, a dish washer and a rather large microwave. For the price and for what you get, it’s completely reasonable. I’ve stayed in far more expensive hotels and have gotten much less. They also have a continental breakfast as well. Parking is also good here. I haven’t had to park out in the street or anything and there’s been ample parking.

We're a family of six, so we got two rooms. One room had a new vanity, the other did not. It literally had 2x4's holding it up. There were also what looked like blood stains on the carpet on both rooms. Both by the closet area. The first couple nights we were there, the hot tub was not working, so we had to go to the hotel next door to swim/enjoy spa time. I gave this hotel three stars because the beds were comfy and clean, the front staff was nice and they had the hot tub fixed the last day we were there, so that was nice. But my favorite was the gentleman (pretty sure he was Filipino) who oversaw breakfast each morning. He was always so kind and had a smile on his face no matter how crowded the room got. I wish I would've gotten his name. :)

Site says kitchen utensils available and they have none. What good is a stove top with no pots or pans? There weren't even cups, the cabinets were empty. They charged our card for over $100 more than the bill so early in the day that we could have still cancelled the room. When we got there the desk clerk said she was going to have to charge $25 more for a security deposit so why the $100 on our card? The pool had hundreds of dead flies and spiders in it. It even grossed out our kids. They didn't say that they would be under construction and the hot tub would be closed or what time the noise would start every day. My in laws had cockroaches in there room up one floor from us. Neither room was restocked with shampoo or conditioner when cleaning staff came through. Our extra towels were not replaced, they took the ones we hung up wanting to keep and also took the thicker bath mat towels and didn't replace those either. The only reasons I will give a 2 star: The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good with later hours even during the week.

Kind and helpful staff. Recently remodeled rooms. One of our rooms had a huge bug on the bed, and they offered a suite upgrade at no charge. Free breakfast was pretty bad, watery faux eggs and questionable sausage. Bathroom smelled of mold. Overall experience was good considering the average daily rate.

We had 1 bedroom updated suite. It was a very nice room. A few issues we had were when we arrived at the hotel, our room was not ready for check in. We were asked to come back in 45 minutes. Not that big of a deal since the ocean was so close we just drove over to the coast and enjoyed the view. The room did not have a microwave so we had to ask for one to be brought to the room and there was no hot water in shower. The water from the sinks seemed hotter. The breakfast was good but not enough seating so we took it back to our room. The front desk staff was very polite and the days we were there the weather was mostly cloudy and cool with some rain. Had it been warmer and dryer then the patio by the breakfast area could have been used and the shower might have felt good at that temp if we were visiting in the summer. All in all it was a good stay minus the water temp.
