Superb.
This place was absolutely amazing! Very romantic. Close to all tourist attractions yet the place is in a local area so you get the feel of the Italian life. The host were phenomenal! We only met Manuel but he picked us up from the train station and gave us a tour around which was very beneficial as we had no idea were to start! He gave us recommendations for food and the best places to go to. The place should charge more for what you get as it’s an incredible experience! Definitely coming here again when in Rome!
¡Este lugar fue absolutamente asombroso! Muy romántico. Cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas, pero el lugar está en un área local para que pueda sentir la vida italiana. ¡El anfitrión fue fenomenal! Solo conocimos a Manuel, pero él nos recogió en la estación de tren y nos dio un recorrido que fue muy beneficioso ya que no teníamos idea de dónde comenzar. Nos dio recomendaciones de comida y los mejores lugares para ir. ¡El lugar debería cobrar más por lo que obtienes, ya que es una experiencia increíble! ¡Definitivamente viniendo aquí de nuevo cuando esté en Roma!

Excelente acolhida, Federica e Emanuele pessoas muito prestativas e sempre disponíveis para qualquer conselho de como aproveitar da melhor forma sua estadia. A nova sala, insonorizada, muito limpa e equipada com suportes tecnológicos bem como um pequeno recanto de refresco. Aprovado com nota máxima para voltar definitivamente. Francesca Freguglia

Muito bom, apartamento limpo com excelente serviço e encantadores proprietários. Muito atenciosa e Nice. Com uma localização central, muitas atrações estão a uma curta distância. Muito bons restaurantes nas proximidades. Definitivamente recomendado.
Un apartamento 100% recommendable. Nada más llegara Termini, Manuel te recoge con su coche y te lleva al apartamentodandote una vuelta por el barrio explicandote todo. A 10 minutos del Coliseo y 30 minutos andando a Plaza España. De todas formas tienes autobus o metro que te puedes mover por toda la ciudad. El desayuno te lo dejan preparado y tu coges lo que quieres y te lo comes ena habitacion. Toso limpio y nuevo. Con aire acondicionado y edificio vigilado. Te dejan agua en la nevera y zumos gratis y una botella de champan gratis. Además de explicarte Manuel toda la ciudad con un mapa. Muy recomendable!!
Apartamento 100% recomendável. Assim que você chega na Termini, Manuel vai te buscar com seu carro e te leva até o apartamento, te levando pelo bairro explicando tudo. 10 minutos do Coliseu e 30 minutos a pé da Plaza España. De qualquer forma, você tem um ônibus ou metrô que pode circular pela cidade. O café da manhã é preparado para você e você pega o que quiser e come no seu quarto. Tosse limpa e nova. Com ar condicionado e prédio vigiado. Eles deixam água na geladeira e sucos grátis e uma garrafa de champanhe grátis. Além do Manuel explicando toda a cidade com um mapa. Muito recomendável!!

From the booking to the check in, our host Manual found me on What's App, (as I did not have cell coverage whilst travelling) and he arranged to meet us from our arrival point in Rome. On check in, Manual gave us a guided tour of the local district with a superb overview of recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing and local amenities. We felt very comfortable, relaxed and welcome at room with a view 105. The room was very modern, the styling, very Italian, and the original tiled flooring from the 1850's gave the room that Roman historical feeling. Cleanliness was superb. The room had a beautiful view of the church across the street, the bed was comfortable the bathroom was immaculately clean and modern. Included in our room was breakfast, breakfast is served 6 days a week at the café next door. Breakfast is barista crafted coffee and fresh local croissants. The Sunday breakfast however is a special treat, a fine preparation of homemade cake, a selection of cereal options, and fruit juices (see the attached pictures). The accommodation is just a few (8) minutes walk from the Colosseum, firmly placing it in the heart of historic Rome, sufficiently that we toured Rome from the accommodation by foot. On leaving Room 105 With A View, we feel have been staying at a friend's apartment in Rome, and that we look forward to seeing Manual when we check in for our next stay!
