Bad service. That's why they've a lot of self-service in the restaurant. they have artificial ponds which attracts a lot of mosquitos. didn't have unlimited free wifi.take a lot of protection for the sun and bugs (2 botles)
Hotel muito bonito, sempre com animação. Zona da piscina muito agradável e junto à praia, o que é excelente. Poderia melhorar o buffet do restaurante.
Super indico 🥰 comida, estadia , atendimento , tudo simplesmente maravilhoso . Foram 7 dias incríveis , com certeza voltarei. E um agradecimento especial ao Diretor Eduardo , pelo carinho e cuidado comigo, minha família e amigos . Você é 1000000 , melhor atendimento que já tive em um resort 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Sentiremos saudades
Me pareció excelente todo. El trato del personal es intachable, la comida es muy buena, la playa es un lugar hermoso y muy lindo para pasar las vacaciones de descanso, es un gran acierto el haber elegido este hotel tan increíble. Desde mi modesta opinión de los mejores de cuba.
Fue una estancia muy agradable, desde nuestra llegada nos recibieron muy bien en recepción nos otorgaron una preciosa habitación y nos despejaron todas nuestras dudas, muchas gracias. La ubicación es perfecta ya que hace que la playa que corresponde al hotel este queda bellisima muchas gracias al equipo de animación que ha estado espectacular, la comida muy buena y variada, y el servicio del personal es magnifico siempre amables y muy profesionales. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos a Paradisus.

Instalações e localização excelente. Infelizmente o serviço apesar de ser o pack mais completo ficou muito abaixo do contratado (comida, limpeza, transporte, apoio saude). Tive oportunidade de voltar ao local com estadia paga e recusei

Las instalaciones de Paradisus son excelentes, el personal muy atento los felicito , sigan así !. Las habitaciones están en muy buen estado, amplias y limpias. La alberca, los jardines y los restaurantes increíbles. Su área de playa es única.Muy recomendable.
Paradisus good resort! This is our 2nd time at this awesome resort. All the people are super friendly and always willing to ensure our comfort. The food is the best. All the areas are very well maintained and clean. Can't wait to be back!!
The hotel has great hard working staff. They make the experience wonderful. I also love all the extras, like the water sports being included. It would be helpful if they had more stock of things like utensils and glasses.

Our stay has been wonderful so far, had a great time learning how to make Cuban cocktails By the pool and dancing on the beach. The shows at night have been spectacular.
Our stay has been wonderful. Excellent staff who are accommodating and friendly. There are a variety of activities - loved learning how to make cocktails and learning to salsa on the beach. The nightly shows are excellent! Highly recommend this resort!
We are here for Christmas break and happy that we chose Paradisus Varadero. Absolute pleasure to be here for holidays . Warm hospitality and lovely people !!! Entertainment is outstanding and so many talents displaying performances and shows every single day to keep us entertained. Highly recommend it . Thanks Paradisus and lovely people who work here .
The rooms where nothing like the photos. Booked Jr. Suite which was conveniently located but the shower wasn't built properly and constantly flooded the floor, the bedsheets and pillowcase covers were stained with what looked like makeup and nail polish. There was one wooden chair in the room to sit on and a small plastic table. The photo shows a lounger and two nice chairs and table. Our bedroom door had a deadbolt, but no actual bolt that locked it. The staff would knock and then walk straight in because we couldn't properly lock it. The restaurants never had what was on the menu. When you walk in they tell you everything they don't have which basically leaves you with one option in each restaurant. They didn't have anything on the drink menus in the lobby and said they have never had it. Why have a drink menu then? They don't have orange juice so forget getting anything made with oj. Like Mimosa. We were there for two weeks and they ran out of chicken, French fries and wine after the first couple of days and never replenished it. When they did have French fries in the evening they said they didn't have ketchup but they always had it at lunch time. The people were lovely but there was absolutely no motivation to go above and beyond for anything. Trucks drove around at night spraying for mosquitos creating a fog that covered the entire resort and I worried what chemicals they were spraying throughout the resort. We got eaten alive by mosquitos while watching the evening shows because the entire resort is surrounded by stagnant water. If they turned the fountains on there would be less mosquitos and less need to spray. I am pretty sure we ended up with either Zika virus or bed bug bites because when I looked up the blistery bites that were in small clusters we all received they said bed bug bites but we also had red eyes, headaches, sore throats and aches and pains which are consistent with Zika. I would not go back to Cuba again and especially not to Paradisus Varadero.

Worst hotel experience ever! This is not a 5 star hotel (even if we all know that In Cuba we have to be a little more tolerant) I came to Cuba many times (about 10 times) and I’ve been to 3* when I was younger... than 4* and now 5* since a couple of years. This is not a 5*. Not even a 2*. No hot water (ice cold shower during all the stay) We tried to change room and it was so complicated... they finally accepted it the last night we were there (so we finally could take a hot shower) Rooms and buildings are outdated, old, need renovation. Service is really poor. Food is not good. Half of what you order at the bar (but that’s on their list) they don’t have. The ‘spa’ (witch you have to pay to go) jacuzzi is cold, steam room, not working, water circuit out of order. (massage was good though). We also tried to take a shower at the spa and they had no hot water... they said “maybe in an hour”. Stay away from this place! is not good. And unfortunately for us, it was suggested by Air Transat vacations (the rep said it was one of the best hotel)... I will never trust them again.
