A really lovely hotel with friendly knowledgeable staff. Rooms were clean, spacious and well cared for. Rooms overlooking Lake view have an awesome view at all times of the day. Restaurant and Bar also amazing with great service, lovely food and drinks with great views. Handy to shops, restaurants and local Saturday Markets. Would highly recommend this hotel as a home away from home.

Absolutely superb stay. We stayed here for 3 nights and the food was great, staff in reds bar were fantastic, room was lovely- no noisy heater like others are saying. Just an all round great place to stay. We were blown away.

We chose for this for the views and easy walk to the action. Pricey but room was upgraded on arrival. Staff were good and especially when we had to change our arrival day due to flight issues beyond our control. Room basic but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good value and Reds bar was great for a few drinks and the views. Staff were great through out.

I’ve booked for the 3rd for September 2020 for 3 nights. The reservation guy told me he would send a confirmation email and I got nothing. Thought I better reconfirm! I’ve called twice and tried every option on their reservation number and no one answers. I could have done stayed on for an hour - I’m sure. I’ve sent an email (twice) no reply. This is a joke. Never have I ever had an international hotel be so bad at customer service! And in Queenstown??? If you read this Rydges, please cancel my booking. I’m going to one of your competitors who gladly accepted my reservation and picked up the phone every time.
