Muito calmo, ideal para férias, tem academia, piscinas, ótimo para caminhar, só um pouco longe dos centros comerciais como, Walmart, target, shopping, outlet, mas no geral muito bom.

Condomínio muito bonito, conservado, limpo e com uma área de lazer bem completa que inclui até uma lanchonete. Ótimas casas para temporada. É um pouco afastado do centro turístico, mas tem um centro comercial bem perto e bem completo. Gostei bastante.

The place was just okay. Lots of a little annoyances that made for not the greatest time. Some redeeming points was that it was fairly clean and the kids loved that we had our own private pool and jacuzzi and tons of space. But otherwise we never got our check-in email so we were stuck for several hours trying to get a hold of someone the night we came in. Which really sucked because it was a long travel day and we were all very tired. After several hours of calls and waiting we finally got a code to get in to the rental property around 10pm (our flight got in at 5pm!). For a place that supposedly can host so many people there was one dishwasher packet, no dish soap, four bowls, five spoons, no spatulas for cooking. The sliding door did not securely lock which made my wife a bit nervous. The grill was very weak even though it seemed to have a full tank of gas. Took 30 minutes to cook eight hamburgers so did not use that again. Half rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms but not even a single extra roll. We ended up running to Walgreens several times to stock up on various things as we found that were in short supply. Basically the worst stocked condo we've ever rented in our entire lives. We will not be back. And yes, we did call to complain and all we got was a "oh gosh... sorry to hear that".
Amazing stay. The home was beautiful with lots of entertainment options. The pool was great. Definitely would stay here again.
This little neighborhood is very nice but the house we stayed at was not thoroughly cleaned, pool merky & 2G service to accommodate 11 guests was pitiful & frustrating. My car got towed by a private towing company on the morning after the very 1st day there. I was very disappointed but its clubhouse made up somewhat the disappointment.
I have a great time the house was big beautiful and clean it had a game room a movie theater pool will be going back soon

Everything a family can ask for all you need to bring is food and pool towels ..A beautiful place to stay ...Every room has a different theme,space for 12 if u r slim 14 .Only thing I disliked was check out at 10..every car that parkson the property needsa guess pass or they will tow your vehicle
BEWARE THEY GET OFF ON TOWING CARS they have these 14 room houses and will only give 5 parking passes and no where to park. Our party was towed 2 times. The towing company will lock your car up and nobody is in the office so you can get your car back. We are on vacation we don't have time for that. I think this resort needs to invest in parking.
My family loved the house we stayed in. Only problem was it didn't last longer. Definitely will be coming back.
If you're considering renting/buying a home at Solterra be sure to check the reviews for all of the different entities linked on Google.Some of these reviews seem more realistic than others.My experience with Solterra is more consistent with the reviews left on the "Solterra Resort" POI vs this rental link.The noise/party issue is something that needs to be addressed if Solterra plans to have a future grounded in growth and happy owners.I can't imagine owning a home in this neighborhood when the HOA explicitly refuses to address noise complaints while also failing to adequately patrol the neighborhood.The homes are amazing, the atmosphere is not.

Las casas super amplias eramos 10 personas y ni nos cruzamos. Son enormes y tienen de todo. El house era divino
Ambiente muyagradable para compartir en familia, muy buen para llevar los niños a recrearse.
Recomendado. Dentro de la casa es muy espaciosa. Capacidad para 12 personas cómodamente. Amplia cocina, área de juegos en el garaje. Todos los acabados modernos. Piscina con temperatura de agua ajustable. Ubicación accesible a carreteras de interconexiones.
Casas nuevas, preciosas, lo mejor, y muy tranquilo el lugar. Llegamos ayer y espero que siga una experiencia maravillosa.
