I stayed here for 4 nights with my sons after a long drive as we prepared to drop my son off to college and it was the perfect choice. We enjoyed the outdoor lawn games & pool as well as the restaurant. The front desk was helpful in suggesting some fun options to celebrate my 10 year olds birthday nearby which turned out to be a great day. The rooms are spacious, very clean, well designed & equipped with a mini fridge & safe. As a very picky person when it comes to cleaning, I can definitely say their housekeeping department is absolutely outstanding. The beds and bedding were on par with 5 star accommodations & we all slept like babies & woke refreshed. Downstairs is decorated very cool & is aesthetically very pleasing. The only negative feedback I could leave would be that the robes are ginormous & uncomfortable and the additional cost for parking seems a little too much for hotel guests. I have stayed at 14 or 15 different hotels in the area in the past 2 years. All in all, I would say this is definitely my top pick. I hope to return in the future.

PROS
Place is great, everything feels new and with good quality. Rooms are huge and the shower is incredible. Reception staff was super attentive and polite. Pool is nice and gym equipment are top notch, I had a great workout session.
CONS
Pool was advertised as heated but it wasn't (or it was very poorly done) so we had to get out at around 8pm as it was getting too cold, restaurant manager at Roger was a bit rude, and pillows at the room are terrible, but can be exchanged for harder ones which made a huge difference.

TLDR; there is not a spa here
So online there is a spa and I called and asked if there was also pool access and they said yes. They were very nice and accommodating to get me a massage that day. But, there is no spa, I wish I’d paid more to just go to rosewood and have a nice spa day. So, the massage is in a hotel room with a table and regular spa music. The pool was totally overrun with kids and families. One family (like who would actually do this?) had a fortress of towels across two chairs they were also hoarding.
So, I thought I’d get a drink and wait. But, the bar was covered in drinks and plates like not even an open spot. These annoying families just bomb the place I guess. Probably great if you’re the families… not great to pay $150 for a massage you think is at a spa… probably or great for the employees either. Also, the pool is very small.

Every part of this hotel was well done. From the interior design, the high-end equipment in the large fitness center, the friendly staff, the rooms, and the outdoor spaces. Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at for the money. I love the air and space theme that was throughout. There are so many cool nooks and spaces to hang out, eat, socialize or relax. Certainly not the last time I'll be staying here. If you're in the area for a concert at the Shoreline Amphitheater, this is the ideal place to stay.

First, I have to admit that I did not stay at the hotel. However, I frequently stay in the area for work and decided to drop in to check out the facility for future stays. My colleague and I ordered a specialty coffee at the snack bar. The service was fine, and we were in awe of the design and architecture. It was very cool and a seemingly great concept for the area. Unfortunately, as soon as we sat down with our coffee we began to notice how filthy the place was. While there were probably a total of 8 people in the whole place, most every table was dirty - paper wrappers, drink rings, crumbs, etc. Then we noticed the floor. They have a cool trendy concrete tile near the bar that I can assure you has not seen a mop in many, many days or weeks. Given the current COVID environment, we got uncomfortable with the complete lack of cleanliness. Before leaving, my colleague went to the restroom and reported that it was worse than the dining area in terms of uncleanliness. The place is cool and clearly a lot of money has been invested in the facility. I understand that staffing is also currently a challenge, but I must say that if the conditions we saw in the public areas are at all representative of the lodging accommodations, there is no way we would consider staying there. I wish the best, but encourage you to elevate focus on the details - including providing a clean, germ-free environment.
