Todos no Hotel parecem estar de bom humor, são amigáveis e extremamente profissionais.O quarto é grande, tem fácil acesso ao serviço de quarto e muitos recursos bacanas e belo interior se você gosta de um toque clássico.O café da manhã é de primeira qualidade e eu recomendaria ir aqui com certeza. Really jewel in a quiet place. Amazingly convenient and spatious rooms, excellent service.Grill bar downstairs serves literally home made tasty chicken breast with mashed potatos. I recently had the most wonderful stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens. If you're visiting London, you absolutely have to stay here. The location is perfect, staff were lovely and the room was exquisite. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle but just moments from Chelsea’s Pavillion Rd this is a wonderful place for a short stay. Beautiful decor with a decadent feel and all your needs catered for. A small but versatile gym was a surprise find and an amazing restaurant that has a varied menu to suit all tastes. Escondido da agitação, mas a poucos minutos do Pavillion Rd de Chelsea, este é um lugar maravilhoso para uma estadia curta. The staff really make this place special, from the gentleman who checked me in, to the man who carried my case to my room, they couldn't do enough for you. Finally Nesar the nighttime manager, who is clearly so proud and enthusiastic about his workplace it shines through in his attitude - an absolute pleasure to meet and couldn't do enough for me. Somebody mentioned poor internet speeds but I've been working all evening with no issues and a quick speed test shows speeds of over 90mb so not bad at all! Absolutamente impressionante hotel. A equipe realmente torna este lugar especial, desde o cavalheiro que me registrou, até o homem que carregou minha mala para o meu quarto, eles não poderiam fazer o suficiente por você. Fabulous location— easy walk to everything. Beds are SUPER comfortable. Top notch hospitality. Mohammad, the night manager especially goes above and beyond to make it a great stay. Hotel bem localizado e tranquilo em Chelsea, Londres. Os quartos eram menores, mas eram bem decorados e confortáveis. A equipe era fabulosa ea localização era excelente para Kings Road etc. Great little street atrás com um bom café e comida.

Well located and quiet 🤫 hotel in Chelsea London. Rooms were on the smaller side but were well appointed and comfortable. Staff were fab and the location was excellent for Kings Road etc. Great little street behind with good coffee and food.

O melhor hotel em que já nos hospedamos, em Londres. A partir do momento em que entramos pela porta os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos! Tivemos uma viagem de 2h30 até Londres e quando chegamos ao hotel que tínhamos originalmente reservado, eles nos disseram que estavam fechados! Estressado seria um eufemismo. Podemos reservar este hotel por meu pai como ele já se hospedaram lá muitas vezes e conhece o GM que foi útil. Quando chegamos à recepção, o cavalheiro cuidou de todas as nossas malas, nos registrou imediatamente e nos levou para os nossos quartos e nos fez sentir muito mais relaxados. Tomamos drinques à noite no bar antes de sairmos para Hakkasan e foi um ambiente tão brilhante cada membro da equipe é apenas 100% útil e amigável!Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui novamente. Tivemos a melhor experiência e isso porque os funcionários foram muito simpáticos!Mantenha o bom trabalho!Charlotte Hackett

A localização é muito central e a estação Victoria fica a apenas 15-20 minutos a pé. O Hans 'Bar and Grill também é de primeira qualidade, nosso jantar de aniversário foi delicioso e valeu a pena o preço, nada a avaria aqui. O café-da-manhã à la carte era bom, e o serviço geral exemplar. Ao todo, um fim de semana fantástico em Londres, e um muito memorável.

El mejor hotel en el que nos hemos alojado, en Londres. Desde el momento en que entramos por la puerta, el personal fue muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos un viaje de 2 horas y media a Londres y cuando llegamos al hotel que habíamos reservado originalmente nos dijeron que estaban cerrados. Estresado sería quedarse corto. Reservamos este hotel a través de mi padre, ya que se ha alojado allí muchas veces y conoce al gerente general, que fue útil. Cuando llegamos a la recepción, el señor se encargó de todas nuestras maletas, nos registró de inmediato y nos llevó a nuestras habitaciones y nos hizo sentir mucho más relajados. Tomamos unas copas por la noche en el bar justo antes de dirigirnos a Hakkasan y fue un ambiente tan brillante que cada miembro del personal fue 100% amable y servicial.Definitivamente nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo. A wonderful hotel, filled with character, stately and yet with all the essential (and not so essential!) modern amenities (a rain shower! Excellent air conditioning, in-room coffee machine, luxurious bedding, and even a COVID-19 amenities package, including gloves, hand sanitiser, alcohol wipes, face masks). The location is very central and Victoria station is just a 15-20 minute walk away. The Hans' Bar and Grill is also top notch, our anniversary dinner was delicious and well worth the price, nothing to fault here. The a la carte breakfast was good, and the overall service exemplary. All in all a fantastic weekend in London, and a very memorable one.
The best hotel we’ve stayed in, in London. From the moment we walked through the door the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a 2hr30 journey down to London & when we got to the hotel we had originally booked they told us they were closed!! Stressed would be an understatement. We booked this hotel through my dad as he has stayed there many of times and knows the GM which was helpful. When we got to the front desk the gentleman took care of all our bags, checked us in straight away and took us up to our rooms & made us feel so much more relaxed. We had evening drinks in the bar just before we headed out to Hakkasan & it was such a brilliant ambiance every single member of staff we just 100% helpful and friendly ! We will definitely be staying here again. We had the best experience and that’s because the staff were so nice! Keep up the good work! Charlotte Hackett
Decidimos ficar no Cadogan Gardens por duas noites na suíte de assinatura e foi incrível. Quarto era extremamente confortável e brilhante (você tem sol quase todo o dia), não poderia ter sido melhor. O serviço no hotel foi realmente bom e nos sentimos bem-vindos cada vez que andamos de volta no hotel. A estrutura fica a poucos passos da Sloane Square, e toda a vizinhança é elegante, limpa e elegante. Nós não jantar nem café da manhã no hotel.
We decided to stay at the Cadogan Gardens for two nights in the signature suite and it was amazing. Room was extremely comfortable and bright (you have sun nearly the whole day), couldn't have been better. The service in the hotel was really good and we felt welcomed every time we walked back in the hotel. The structure is just a few steps away from Sloane Square, and the whole neighborhood is elegant, clean and classy. We didn't dine nor had breakfast in the hotel.
Was my second stay. They totally lost their flair of an old Cody hotel and the people working there were mostly lazy and incompetent. When we arrived we had to wait in the bar because our rooms weren’t ready. We waited nearly half an hour for someone to take our order. Than we had to wait another 30minutes for our drinks to arrive. On of the Glases had lipstick on it. That was our first „welcome“. The other day we wanted to make a reservation for dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe on Hyde Park corner. The concierge wasn’t able to reach someone so he told me he would pass the information to the day team. That guy told me that the restaurant would not take reservations. When we arrived there we saw that the took reservations so the concierge did not even bother to call them. Unfortunately for that price I could not recommend that hotel. It used to be a nice Victorian town house but now it is just an overpriced modern hotel. We will not return
