I travel all the time and explore around. This is a hidden gem in my opinion. Walking into my room reminded me instantly of my trip to Italy. This place is not like a typical hotel that feels kinda meh. This feels like a warm home vibe. I love it.

I checked in on the October 24 2021 with my husband, the front desk the lady she is very helpful and room is nice and quiet. The breakfast was great. The price is for three days was reasonable. Clean the room very nicely. Really recommend for anyone who comes to Ventura California.

We stood in Ventura to escape the heat wave in the valley. This was the perfect spot! Room was clean and Ac was cool! The front desk woman and young man were very nice, welcoming and accommodating. Parking is a bit of challenge but manageable. It’s close to the beach and restaurants are walking distance. We will definitely be returning!

Great Hotel! Complimentary breakfast really clean. One major down fall they only have the city parking lot next door to park. It's free but I was there during the Ventura County Fair and no parking anywhere! Sometimes I was almost 10 blocks away

Although the name and the building suggest that you have arrived at a unique location, which it is.
So bad is the service and the room was horror. You will be spoken to shortly. Can't say a kind word. The parking lot is full.
Once inside the room it was like stepping into a prison. There was no view if you sit at street level. Your view is a fence.
Everything was very outdated and in need of a makeover. There was no iron, but there was an ironing board.
There were not enough bedside tables next to the bed.
Next morning… We had chosen breakfast included. When booking it was stated that intercontinental breakfast was served. What we found was no breakfast. There was just nothing! Just a cup of coffee and a sip of orange juice and a plastic-wrapped biscuit.
When we left, we were looked out the door again. Or at least the receptionist's screen was more interesting.
It was that we were passing through, we did a tour along the coast and always booked for 1 night. This was the worst location we hit and definitely not worth the money. We just felt ripped off.
