Left kindle and two cables at the hotel have phoned on numerous occasions and emailed. Every time I call I’m told to email and every time I email nothing progresses. Ive asked the hotel if they could send the items and I would pay prior to them sending and cover all costs incurred as it’s difficult to arrange from Ireland. They won’t speak to me on the phone because they tell me to email!? The guy on the phone was rude and just said “we don’t send anything” he didn’t seem to care. Very frustrated now. Don’t know what else to do… The rooms are very small and designed for self catering no plates or cutlery. Cleaning is extra! Or you have to stay 4 days…Tiny shower and sink and drains were smelly. The ‘hotel’ is also half residential and basically student digs, you could overlook most of it if the service wasn’t so so poor. I don’t understand how it’s 4 star. O kindle esquerdo e dois cabos no hotel telefonaram várias vezes e enviaram e-mails. Toda vez que ligo, me dizem para enviar um e-mail e toda vez que envio um e-mail, nada progride. Perguntei ao hotel se eles poderiam enviar os itens e eu pagaria antes do envio e cobriria todos os custos incorridos, pois é difícil providenciar da Irlanda. Eles não falam comigo ao telefone porque me dizem para enviar um e-mail!? O cara ao telefone foi rude e apenas disse "não mandamos nada", ele não parecia se importar. Muito frustrado agora. Não sei mais o que fazer… Os quartos são muito pequenos e projetados para auto-atendimento, sem pratos ou talheres. A limpeza é extra! Ou você tem que ficar 4 dias… Chuveiro minúsculo, pia e ralos fedorentos. O 'hotel' também é meio residencial e basicamente para estudantes, você poderia ignorar a maior parte se o serviço não fosse tão ruim. Não entendo como é 4 estrelas.

The rooms are fairly tiny for the price, disappointing to see no daily house keeping done for 3 night stay. No breakfast was a surprise. Would have liked at least replenished stock of tea/ coffee, trash taken out every day!The decor is lovely and front desk team was super friendly and nice. But value for money is not great.Not being able to place 4 luggage in hotel storage was a big bummer, given there was also no space in room. We had to make alternate arrangements, not okay while relocating internationally. Corporate choice of stay is highly questionable 🤨 Os quartos são bastante pequenos para o preço, decepcionante não ver nenhuma manutenção diária feita para estadia de 3 noites. Nenhum café da manhã foi uma surpresa. Teria gostado pelo menos reabastecido estoque de chá / café, lixo retirado todos os dias!A decoração é linda e a equipe da recepção foi super simpática e agradável. Mas o custo-benefício não é ótimo.Não ser capaz de colocar 4 malas no depósito do hotel foi uma grande chatice, já que também não havia espaço no quarto. Tivemos que fazer arranjos alternativos, não ok durante a mudança internacional. A escolha corporativa de estadia é altamente questionável 🤨
Stayed here for 3 weeks and it was overall a nice experience. The reception staff are very polite and friendly. However I was disappointed about the irregular housekeeping. The mattress was in a bad state and a replacement was requested and guaranteed but I never got one. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay and meet new people. Better maintenance would be highly appreciated. hospedado aqui para 3 semanas e foi uma experiência agradável. Os funcionários da recepção são muito educados e simpáticos. Upon arrival and check in I had accidentally booked dates for the next month so, Sunny was able to help me out with my booking! He was amazing and sorted everything out for me :) Thank you! Overall, my stay at the Collective went very well I loved the room I stayed in which was a one bedroom apartment. I did see a few stains on the bed but it was okay. The view from the room was beautiful :) I would recommend going here but I suggest booking a slightly better room for a better and more comforting experience if it is within your budget as the standard studio is quite small (small shower etc). Na chegada e no check-in, eu acidentalmente reservei datas para o próximo mês, então Sunny foi capaz de me ajudar com minha reserva! Ele foi incrível e resolveu tudo para mim :) Obrigado! No geral, a minha estadia no Coletivo correu muito bem, adorei o quarto em que fiquei que era um apartamento de um quarto. Eu vi algumas manchas na cama, mas estava tudo bem. A vista do quarto era linda :) Eu recomendaria ir aqui, mas sugiro reservar um quarto um pouco melhor para uma experiência melhor e mais reconfortante, se estiver dentro do seu orçamento, pois o estúdio padrão é bastante pequeno (pequeno chuveiro etc).
How this hotel is rated 4-star is beyond me. 1) The room is tiny, and their online pictures are quite misleading. The bathroom sink is the tiniest I have seen anywhere. It was clogged and I asked them to fix it but nobody bothered for several days. Finally it was fixed but the water flow is still troublesome because it is so tiny! 2) I found a bug skin in my bed, dry and dead but still a big bug, a crawly one with many legs. 3) The furniture is so close to the bed, that I several times bumped into the sharp corner of the dresser with bookshelves attached to it. And one of these bumps left a bruise on my left eye area, just the area above my left eye. It still hurts now after three days and I also have a headache from it. 4) I stayed for 7 days. For the whole time, nobody came to clean my room and change towels and bedding. Astonishing and absolutely unbelievable! I have never experienced such services. Essentially there are no services at all. As other people mentioned, if you need anything, you have to go to the front desk to ask for it. How can this hotel stay in business? How can they get away from such lousy business practice? Something is fundamentally wrong about this place.The only good thing is the front desk staff. Most of them are friendly. The swimming pool is okay but it is quite shallow and small. Como este hotel é classificado como 4 estrelas está além de mim. 1) O quarto é minúsculo e suas fotos online são bastante enganosas. A pia do banheiro é a menor que eu já vi em qualquer lugar. Estava entupido e pedi para consertarem, mas ninguém se incomodou por vários dias. Finalmente foi consertado, mas o fluxo de água ainda é problemático porque é muito pequeno! 2) Encontrei uma pele de inseto na minha cama, seca e morta, mas ainda assim um inseto grande, rastejante e com muitas pernas. 3) Os móveis estão tão perto da cama, que várias vezes esbarrei no canto pontiagudo da cômoda com estantes presas a ela. E um desses inchaços deixou um hematoma na área do meu olho esquerdo, apenas na área acima do meu olho esquerdo. Ainda dói agora depois de três dias e também estou com dor de cabeça. 4) Fiquei 7 dias. Durante todo o tempo, ninguém veio limpar meu quarto e trocar toalhas e roupas de cama. Surpreendente e absolutamente inacreditável! Eu nunca experimentei tais serviços. Essencialmente, não há serviços. Como outras pessoas mencionaram, se você precisar de alguma coisa, você deve ir até a recepção para pedir. Como este hotel pode ficar em negócios? Como eles podem se livrar de uma prática de negócios tão ruim? Algo está fundamentalmente errado sobre este lugar.A única coisa boa é a equipe da recepção. A maioria deles é amigável. A piscina é boa, mas é bem rasa e pequena.

El lavabo del baño es el más pequeño que he visto. Estaba obstruido y les pedí que lo arreglaran, pero nadie se molestó durante varios días. Finalmente se arregló, pero el flujo de agua sigue siendo problemático porque es muy pequeño. 2) Encontré una piel de bicho en mi cama, seca y muerta, pero todavía era un bicho grande, un bicho repugnante con muchas patas. 3) Los muebles están tan cerca de la cama que varias veces choqué contra la esquina afilada de la cómoda con estanterías adjuntas. Al llegar y registrarme, accidentalmente reservé fechas para el próximo mes, ¡así que Sunny pudo ayudarme con mi reserva! Fue increíble y resolvió todo por mí :) ¡Gracias! En general, mi estancia en el Colectivo fue muy buena. Me encantó la habitación en la que me alojé, que era un apartamento de una habitación. Vi algunas manchas en la cama pero estaba bien. La vista desde la habitación era hermosa :) Recomendaría ir aquí, pero sugiero reservar una habitación un poco mejor para una experiencia mejor y más reconfortante si está dentro de su presupuesto, ya que el estudio estándar es bastante pequeño (ducha pequeña, etc.).

This is probably the best place me and my partner stayed at!! It was honestly amazing, everything you need in one building! Staff were superb especially Elie, she made us feel like home and was very very very friendly, its a shame she is leaving soon:( :( , overall it was amazing and after one night of staying, we booked it again for the week after Este é provavelmente o melhor lugar em que eu e meu parceiro ficamos! This is probably the best place me and my partner stayed at!! It was honestly amazing, everything you need in one building! Staff were superb especially Elie, she made us feel like home and was very very very friendly, its a shame she is leaving soon:( :( , overall it was amazing and after one night of staying, we booked it again for the week after

Even though aslong-term Collective Old Oak Member I was sure sale, Gavin has truly gone above and beyond in assisting myself and my partner with our move, often replying to messages late at night, organising a viewing on the same day as we requested one, and being extraordinarily helpful with our transition from one collective building to another.Gavin has truly injected even more excitement into me and my partner to moving to The Collective Canary Wharf we cannot wait to begin our adventure thank you Gaven!¡Gaven ha sido absolutamente increíble con la venta y el procesamiento de nuestra mudanza a The Collective Canary Wharf! Excelente atención,lugar muy hermoso, elegante, bonitas vistas,hemos cenado muy a gusto . Repetiríamos sin duda. Lo recomiendo al 100%
