A única estrela que coloco é para a localização. Caso contrário, eu recomendo especialmente NÃO NÃO confie nas FOTOS. O quarto está muito empoeirado, a chaleira suja, a superfície do banheiro limpa. Passei um fim de semana terrível lá não é à prova de som então ouvi as brincadeiras de todos os quartos próximos não vá lá com seus filhos

A única coisa boa sobre este hotel é a localização. Localizado próximo à estação de metrô e pequenas lojas, é muito fácil se locomover por Paris sem o carro. Quanto aos pontos negativos: o parquete é enrolado, a limpeza é muito carente de meticulosidade, o chuveiro (uma cortina simples e o piso é igual ao do banheiro sem bandeja) não permite ter água quente à noite, o aquecimento é arrancado da parede e nem estava ligado, muito menos a tv que não liga (controle remoto desconhecido do batalhão). Resumindo, o hotel pode ser recomendável, siga seu caminho ....

La ubicación es buena y el personal de Recepción, agradable. Pero tuvimos la desgracia de oír varias veces durante una noche un ruido que resultó ser un ratón, ¡Inadmisible! Por la noche no hay personal ni un teléfono que nos atendiera. Fatal. No hacen las camas ni limpian.

We went yo Paris for a conference and so we chosed the Element hotel because of it location, presentation and price. We weren not disappointed. We arrived early but was well received and an attempt was made to get us a room as quickly as possible. We were given a new studio just across the street, which was clean and had a mini kitchen. We liked it very much. The staff Estiban(spanish) was very helpful. I would return for sure. (Forgive me if i wrote the wrong name.🙏🏼) Thanks again! Camille & Natalia

The hotel room was clean and tidy and the staff helpful. The area seems a little shady, but has easy access to public transport. So 3.5 stars.

It is no more possible to fly to France and I would like to cancel or do it on another time to travel here again but the don't accept, nobody pick up the phone, they press my number away and on email they don't answer, I have to pay the full price... If there is a 0 star button I would like to press this, if a hotel is bad like this or can't make a promise it's just sick!! Shame on you!!

Estuvimos 5 días en hotel con la opción de desayuno y la verdad que muy bien. Es un hotel pequeñito pero limpio. Está a 2 min de la plaza de la República que comunica con todo París. Lo único malo por poner algo, es que las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo...

Es un hostal. Si buscas lujo o exclusividad,no vayas. Lo bueno es su ubicación muy cerca del metro, buenas zonasde restaurantes paracenar copas.. etc. El personal del hotel amables y simpáticos . Mejor desayunar en alguna panadería..buenas y baratas

The Gentleman on the a.m. weekend shift was a little rude upon our arrival, but everything and everyone else was purely delightful. Niko especially!!! He provided the Misses and I with wonderful tips on sites inside and out of Paris. What to see, what to eat. This Man makes this Hotel

I booked this last minute and I can for sure say my expectations based on the pictures from the website were not what I encountered. I arrived quite late and firstly got confused with the location. Again expectations were too high. Generally the room was clean and had all the basics you’d expect from a hotel room. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice . There were plenty of clean towels. I was assigned room 11 on the first floor. My room had no view; it was directly facing two other buildings and once the window blinds were open basically the people in the other buildings could see right into the room. Even in the bathroom. I had been overcharged at check in but managed to get it sorted and got my refund at checkout. But I don’t know if it was value for money. But then again it may be because prices in Paris are generally higher than other cities.

Fair price for good location. My one complaint: Rooms are not sound proof at all. Paris being the city of love, it is necessary to soundproof rooms. Ear plugs didn’t help much and we could hear our neighbours on both sides ALL night. Other than that, Staff are friendly and helpful.

Muy mal. La habitación familiar es un cuchitril. La ducha esta con el wc casi dentro. Y lo peor es que no tiene aire acondicionado. Es muy caluroso y con muchos mosquitos. Repito en el siglo que estamos y si aire acondicionado. Fatal no lo recomiendo.

No lo recomiendo, y estas son las razones: Habíamos reservado una habitación desde nuestro teléfono móvil. Una oferta de último minuto que parecía muy interesante. Una vez llegamos al hotel, otro cliente que llegó antes que nosotros había ocupado nuestra habitación, y no nos dieron absolutamente ningún motivo, ni explicación. No había aire acondicionado (dijeron que no funcionaba en todo el edificio). Al menos, estaba limpio y es un sitio con cierto encanto, pero no es recomendable por cuestiones más importantes.
