Not the best location because not much food around. The place, breakfast and stay makes up for that. It is a 100$ credit card incidental fee. Great service. Breakfast is pretty good. Space in the room is pretty good and clean. No bed bugs and highly recommended for the price. I always stay here.

Excellent front desk and managers. I stayed for 8 days in the month of February 2022 and had really good breakfast there as a complimentary service. When I left I had to give hotel address for my SSN card delivery and the hotel desk took care of my mail collection. I used to call them for about a week continuously and they helped with utmost professionalism and great care and patience. Finally I collected it today. Due to COVID situation this help is really appreciated. Surmed and Yasmine for your coordination. Thanks all.Regards Sur sh

La limpieza es excepcional, tanto en el hotel como en todas las instalaciones. Limpian la habitación a diario, cosa que no ocurre en hoteles de más categoria. En 20 min te plantas en la gran central, está muy bien comunicado. El personal no puede ser más simpático y hacen lo posible por ayudarte. Elina, en el desayuno, un auténtico encanto. Don Luis y todo el equipo de recepción excepcionales. Nos encantó el desayuno y algo que se agradece mucho es que no permitan fumar en el hotel. Es la tercera vez que hemos ido y desde luego que no será la última. Gracias por todo

This hotel is so clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a little store inside and everything is very reasonably priced. I stayed here with my 8 year old and it was very kid friendly. You need your hotel key to use the elevator which I liked. There is some noise from the trains but that new York so it is what it is. You can't beat this price and literally a 15 min drive to anywhere you'd want to go. Next time we have to come back we will stay here

It's nice here! Interesting designs and layout in the lobby and rooms. Very clean. The person in the lobby helped me detect an accidental double booking. She was very nice about it too! They enabled me to transfer the name of the main guest so that they could get complimentary breakfast! It's a nice stay so far. :)

Other then this experience was a nice hotel.
Literally had someone go into my room and remove a few things, one of which included a G suite hard drive, in their hast they left the charger for it most likely thinking it was a computer or something much more valuable (for them anyway).
Staff response was very lack luster, until a had to mention a few things that they certainly didn't realize applied to me (didn't look the part, was dressed very urban). I mention it was Encrypted, to which manager replied, "then you can trace it like an IPhone!" to which i had to bring him into further understanding
currently in the processes of finding out via camera the person that entered the room as the staff seemed very uninterested.

300% recommendable!!! Best quality-price relation. Incredible two-week stay. Staff were always so kind and helpful, room was nice, clean and so comfortable. Ultra free and fast Wi-Fi, and the pack with $15 amount included breakfast is simply perfect to complete a so, so wonderful stay. Our doubts were about the transport and don't hestitate at all to book there if you stay in the city, at 3 minutes walking you have the 7 subway trains (one of the importants on all city and in two stops you'll be at Manhattan, Grand Central or Times Sq), or in 7 minutes you've got yellow/orange/blue ones (E M R). Best price-quality on all city. We definetely will return to stay there at our NY re-visit.

I stayed here short notice after getting in on a light flight into LGA. The room is small but comfortable. Shower was hot and good pressure. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. Everything felt extremely clean, and there was free hot breakfast. Nice little lobby area - overall great value.

I have to say this is the cheapest and best hotel I have ever stayed in, in the 5 boroughs. The customer service is excellent, my room was very clean and a great size. Parking is great; I checked in at 2 am and parked right outside the hotel. I think though one of the greatest things I’ve seen here was the lobby. The art work, colorful from the light fixtures, to the paintings on the wall. You enter a place where you know you can and will have a happy ending. Thank you feather factory staff and for your excellent service.

No veo normal que para 1 habitación de 4 adultos nos den solo 15 dólares para desayunar los 4 en artículos de la tienda lo cual. Solo dio para 2 pasteles 2 yogur y 1 fruta, si quiere más hay que pagarlo

Hotel muy limpio, con baño propio (difícil de encontrar allí), opción de desayuno incluido. Buen desayuno: variedad y muy bueno. Ubicación excelente, a dos paradas de metro del centro y la misma línea.. Hay también una tiendecita donde comprar alimentos y bebidas que te saca de un apuro si no has podido comer fuera . Lo único malo es que las vías del tren están pegadas al hotel y pasan durante toda la noche Si tienes el sueño ligero es difícil dormir bien. Por lo demás excelente 👍

Todos hotéis não permitem café devido ao covid;serviço de limpeza dos quartos não são realizados tb;trocas de toalhas por agendamentona recepção. Muito barulho a noite devido a estação férrea ao lado.

Quizás de inicio la ubicación puede tirar un poco para atrás, pero lo cierto que aunque en la misma calle no hay nada, este hotel está perfectamente comunicado. A 7 minutos caminando del metro que conecta con grand central o times square en 10 minutos escasos. El hotel es un hotel sencillo con habitaciones bastante espaciosas en las que solo se echa en falta un armario. Por todo lo demás, limpieza diaria perfecta con cambio de toallas y amenities, television con multitud de canales, caja fuerte, etc. Sirven desayuno bastante correcto de 7 a 10, detalle que se agradece debido que en la misma calle sería imposible desayunar. Bonitas vistas desde la zona del desayuno. El hotel, también dispone de un mini super mercado con absolutamente de todo y una zona gratuita de té y agua con hielo y limón en la recepción. Lo peor de este hotel sin duda son los trenes que circulan 24h por delante justo del hotel. Aunque está bastante bien insonorizado, para los que tenemos sueño ligero resulta un problema para dormir. Obligatorio venir con tapones. Volvería a repetir si tengo la oportunidad.

Las habitaciones son muy confortables y limpias. La ducha es muy buena, sale bien caliente y abundante.El trato de los trabajadores es muy Cordial y atento. En la recepción hay café y limonada gratis. También podés desayunar por 15 dólares aproximadamente. La ubicación es buena, está a 10 minutos caminando de Hunter's point y Queen plaza. El hotel tiene un pequeño supermercado también.

Bien el hotel para unos días de visita en NY. A pesar de estar en una zona residencial no muy bonita y frente a las vías de metro y tren, cumple con creces. El metro lo tienes a 7 minutos andando y llegas a Grand Central Station en sólo 2 paradas,de ahí tienes mil conexiones con el resto de Manhattan. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy limpias, sin grandes lujos, camas cómodas. El desayuno te lo incluyen y merece la pena invertir un rato e irte bien almorzado a pasar el día. Si bien no hay mucha está todo bien. Recomendado para 4/5 días.

Muy limpio, la habitación está bien. Esta en lo que parece un polígono industrial así que de noche está absolutamente vacío y no tiene buena pinta. Hay unas vías de tren delante pero es un ruido tolerable. Hay café o te de desayuno solamente en el lobby.
