Average Restaurants / Food Ambience was fine Dining Experience can be improved. All i could hear while i was dining was loud chattering and barely audible music. Delayed service. Some Dishes are good, while others are just average. No Dedicated Table Steward, Had to call them up after looking for one, everytime i needed something. Staff is courteous Location is Good.Better is expected out of a fine dining !!

Stayed for a night, have no complaints. Would like to specially mention the hospitality of the place. Everything was prepared and served instantly in the room and during the breakfast buffet. The food was exceptionally good. Mr. Nitin and Mr. Krashna definitely deserves a special mention. Pancakes is one thing I can have anyday. Totally recommending it to my friends and family.

Spacious rooms with the bathtubs, good service, hospitable staff and the most loved part is the breakfast in cafe KNOSH! The taste, variety, hygiene, service, all are exceptional. Specially Anil, who served us so nicely during the course that we would like to visit again.

Our stay in The Leela Ambience & Convention Hotel was amazing.Room services were really great and staff over here is really respectful and helpful.Our breakfast was extravagant because of Mr.Anil Yadav.He was very polite and guided us by giving us helpful information about Delhi.His service was exotic and we loved it.

Have stayed at many luxurious hotels but this is the worst experience I've had in a 5-star hotel. I stayed at a room on 5th floor.
1. The washroom door wasn't locking and was sliding open on its own. Had to hold it to keep it shut.
2. No info about reception number provided in the room. Once we found the number, the reception doesn't pick up at times and fails to action on the requests in time
3. The rooms aren't centrally heated and stay cold even with no A/C for 3-4 hours
4. We weren't allowed to open our window/balcony despite multiple requests - they said some work is going on but we couldn't see anything
5. Lack of privacy as there was a door in the middle of the room, apparently attached to the adjacent room and it felt as if someone is trying to open it from the other side
6. Room wasn't sound-proof as we could hear people from adjacent rooms laughing and talking loudly in the middle of the night
7. There is no dressing table in the room. Are we supposed to get ready in the wet washbasin of the bathroom?
Only good point: The staff was courteous and welcoming.
Please avoid visiting this property if you're looking to stay in a 5-star hotel in Delhi.

We had an amazing stay at the Leela can't tell you how friendly and helpful the staff are The facilities and the staff were absolutely amazing The breakfast options and service were a delight Our room was gorgeous and we had buffet there This buffet is class personified and this was part of our package deal, so we decided to give it a shot. We were so impressed with the vast array of foods to choose from and they were all so beautifully displayed (I took video of several stations, including the bakery). The service was good and the decor is beautiful. Our only wish is that we were big eaters so we could have enjoyed more of the delicious food offered there Mr Krishna done a great job he served us really well and made a cheerful environment.

This was our first visit at the Leela and rooms are equipped with new technology......Leela experience was extremely cool the location seems so cool and also the services were at the top list and the food taste that was cool that was supper wow. The palace location was just like a fly. And the water view i cannot describe it. The words for this are less. Had the best time at THE LEELA hotel.

Un gran hotel pero cobraron mas de lo que ponia en la reserva. Asumieron su fallo pero nunca devolvieron el dinero. Edito, finalmente devolvieron el dinero tras bastantes emails y lucha.

Fue nuestro primer hotel de la luna de miel, la verdad es que es una maravilla, son super atentos, cuando subimos a la habitación había un ramo de flores y una tarta. Un detalle. El buffet es rico y variado. Yo lo recomiendo al 100%
