Picked because of short distance to Stanford Medical for daughter who has mobility issues and uses a rollater walker and a wheelchair. The access to the facilities was not accessible on her own. Tables and seating was bunched together that made it impossible for her to access the fireplace in the outdoor communal patio. The room although accessible was at the farthest end from the communal patio. I walked over and moved some furniture so she could enjoy the outdoor fireplace. The room smelled of pet urine. The access door to bathroom although very nice for accessibility was barn style and when the door was slid open it rolled across the wall outlet bending the plug to her breathing apparatus. The bed was hard as rocks. Will definitely stay elsewhere when we return to Stanford.

I had room 106 by the outside patio and I could hear everyone. The AC in the room was loud too. A good quality hotel have quiet rooms, this is not it. The hotel is well renovated but on a poor foundation (thin walls…). Felt overpriced.
My bathroom was not like the picture too.
On a positive side, the staff was friendly and the outside patio was great.

Amazing customer service. I accidentally booked a room with one king via priceline.com. I meant to book a room with two queen beds. The booking I had was not refundable. After talking to Juno from the customer service, she understood our situation and she provided us a room with extra sofa bed. I admire Juno's outstanding hospitality and the hotel is super clean. I highly recommend this place.

My work had paid for my room ahead of time and when I tried to check in the lady at the reception refused to let me through because I did not have a credit card with my name on it. I had a debit card and was happy to make a deposit for incidentals. When I pressed about why it didn't make sense she threatened to call the police. I have never been treated in such an inhumane way in my entire life

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly. I just wish the location was a bit better and that there was a microwave in the room. Otherwise, it would not be a bad back-up when my usual hotels are booked.
