O Hotel é um pouco velho, os quartos são pequenos e apertados. A vantagem é que é barato e está muito próximo ao Moscone Center, um bom lugar para participar dos eventos e conhecer o centro de São Francisco.

Decent priced hotel .near downtown.... Excellent eats in the bar on site.roim was clean quiet.Bed was comfy.staff was nice and accommodating.Got a deal on Expedia My wife was do happy just to get away for a few days... RECOMMEND!!!

Not a bad hotel, as far as convenient locations go, but the first room I was assigned to was filthy. A fake eyelash was on the mirror, the AC did not work, a huge stain was on the carpet floor, the tables weren't wiped down, and there were stains on the bottom of the walls. They gave me a second room, which was somewhat better, but again, they were stains underneath the desk by the bed. That will be my first and final time staying at this poor excuse for a hotel. It's needs an upgrade, for real though. I'm sure it would be an amazing place to stay.

After a long day of traveling and walking; I throughly enjoyed walking into this place. Parking was $50 (worth it) Walking in looking at the lobby and hearing jazz music was wonderful. The room was very clean. This is the only place I felt comfortable taking a bath because of the cleanliness. View on the 7th floor was great.

The room was fine and check in was easy but at check out the valet lost our keys. 1st he tried to tell my niece that she must have them then proceeded to ignore us for 10 minutes while getting other people's cars. I'm fine with him doing his job but a little customer service telling us not to worry he would find them would have gone a long way. So we went to talk to the desk. They had the Valet boss call and said they would refund our parking fee. We went back down and he is still looking while now on the phone with his boss. The keys to everyone's cars were just piled on a desk not in the lock up he was still ignoring us and finally my niece had to interrupt him long enough to describe her key chain which he never asked for. Then the keys are found with no tag on them and we leave. The next day my niece calls to see why the parking fee is still on the charges and the lady at the front say "well they found your keys". That isn't customer service and we will not be back.

You can tell the rooms are rundown, it's an old building but the furniture is new. The bathroom was not the best but not disgusting. Was able to shower comfortably. I love that you're able to open up the windows for a fresh breeze vs using the AC. Just be careful with small children. We had a view of The Mint which was nice. We stayed by the window all night.

Good service. Cleaning only available after your 4th night but able to get more supplies in between as needed. Cleanliness of bathroom left little to be desired. Walls seem pretty thin, could hear full conversations of the adjacent room while in the bathroom. Centralized downtown location made it easy to walk to lots of things. Many restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby including many upscale stores. Lots of street noises before 8 am.

El hotel es limpio, las personas que trabajan ahi son amables, lo unico que no me gustó es que si hay una persona hablando en la otra habitacion puedes escuchar todo y es algo molesto si es 5am y tratas de dormir

Un buen lugar de descanso y cómodo, en el centro de la ciudad. Cerca a las estaciones de metro y bart que te conectan fácilmente con el aeropuerto. Cerca a zonas de compras con buenos precios. Buena atención.Baños comodos
