Amazing hotel with really strong service team. Our room was upgraded due to Amex platinum booking- so an added benefit for sure. I just can’t impress upon you how nice it is- all the little things: the bedside lights, the television and streaming, the shower head and shower. The carpet and the bed linens and towels were so fresh fluffy and white- not overused and kept too long. The workout facility- really couldn’t be better- perfect size, all new high end equipment and no one there!! We will be back- even the valets are friendly and sweet guys. Loved loved it! One thing- I wish the coffee was better. It needs to be more robust, tastes like water. I would go and buy my morning coffee up the street at one of the many coffee shops. Not a big deal overall considering how happy we were in totality.

Such a beautiful hotel that was enjoyable to all five senses and provides a great experience if you are looking to enjoy a day in Oceanside. I did not stay overnight. My experience was centered around dining there. We had a meal just before sunset in the winter and the view was beautiful!! We enjoyed the art installation as well. Although we did not personally stay overnight, my friends mother remained at the hotel for a week and she loved it. Looking forward to returning with more friends. I’m hoping to have a family day where we stop here to eat as well.

Had such an amazing experience here celebrating our anniversary!! From the decor to the food nothing fell short on our expectations! First, I love the welcoming shore house vibes the decor and interior design gives. The room was immaculately with an amazing aesthetic! Slept like a baby and was obsessed with the robes! Had dinner at Piper with the Pass experience and being a picky eater I was blown away at how much I enjoyed every course. So much attention to detail in the meals and cocktails. Best dining experience I’ve had since moving to California. We will be back for more! Oh and the fried chicken and waffles off of the brunch menu was AMAZING!!

The hotel is very open and airy.
Our room (558) was awesome. Beautiful views of the ocean and pier. Large balcony.
Plenty of dining options in the hotel and nearby. Contacting staff by room phone needs improvement- eternal hold . Easier to go face to face with the front desk- recommend a direct call system to housekeeper, valet or room dining.
I will definitely stay again and recommend my friends.

Gorgeous property with an upbeat and positive staff. Service was very friendly and the room was cleaned daily. We enjoyed the Shore bar and the server was happy to help us find a drink for my young daughter that made her happy. They even brought it out in a fancy (cocktail) glass.
Downtown Oceanside has definitely made the turn for the positive and there are plenty of very good food options within walking distance.
