Excelente equipe e bom valor. Gostamos muito da comida. Quartos bons, com TV, cofre, máquina de chá, etc. Cama um pouco idosa. WiFi grátis, mas instável. Também dispõe de piscina e academia. Uma ótima opção para uma estadia em Kilkenny.

Gran personal y buena relación calidad-precio. Disfruté de la comida. Habitaciones buenas, con TV, caja fuerte, tetera, etc. Cama un poco mayor. WiFi gratis pero inestable. También tiene una piscina y un gimnasio. Una muy buena elección para una estancia en Kilkenny.

Great staff and good value. Enjoyed the food. Rooms good, with TV, safe, tea making, etc. Bed a bit elderly. WiFi free but unstable. Also has a pool and gym facilities. A very good choice for a stay in Kilkenny.

Esqueci um pouco da minha comida. As fechaduras do banheiro no quarto não funcionavam. Matress muito resistente. Piscina era boa, mas poderia ser mais limpa. Tapete no quarto era mank. + Rep bom atendimento ao cliente

Este é um hotel muito familiar, é a nossa segunda vez que ficar todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos, acolhedores e prestativos, exceto para o café da manhã, onde você sempre tinha que pedir e pedir. Este es un hotel muy adecuado para familias, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos, todo el personal es muy amable, servicial y servicial, excepto por el desayuno, donde tenía que preguntar y preguntar constantemente. This is a very family friendly hotel it's our second time staying all the staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful except for breakfast were you constantly had to ask and ask.The rooms are comfortable a nice size and the beds are comfortable. The only thing is the bar food I'm afraid its hit and miss weather you get a nice meal and we were there for 4 nights so we ate down the town were there is a good variety of restaurants with excellent food and service

Forgot some of my food. Bathroom locks in bedroom didn't work. Matress very tough. Pool was good but could be cleaner. Carpet in room was mank. +Rep good customer service

The Hotel staff were so helpful, polite and pleasant. Very welcoming. The beautiful Fiona at reception and Hannah, who couldn't do enough for us. The room was spotless and my daughter loved the comfortable bed. The food was amazing and top class service by all. We will definitely be taking another break to your Hotel.

What this hotel lacks, including poor Wi-fi- it makes up in great friendly service.Beds, pillows etc are of poor quality with paper thin walls for a poor sleep, but the room is hygienically clean and very dated.Pool and gym are not bad, very kid friendly.Food is good and the chief is a step up above others.Shame about the rooms as the rest of the experience is good.
