UPDATE: I have received a few calls and emails from the hotel regretting the experience I went through and promised to look into my review and comments. The rating has been uplifted to 4 startsNew hotel with outdated architecture, furniture, technology,….etc. It was way below my expectations and the expectations of every guest I met. Service was not that bad but could be better. I would go somewhere else next time.
ACTUALIZACIÓN: Recibí algunas llamadas y correos electrónicos del hotel lamentando la experiencia por la que pasé y prometí revisar mi revisión y comentarios. La calificación se ha elevado a 4 aperturas.Hotel nuevo con arquitectura, mobiliario, tecnología,… .etc anticuados. Estaba muy por debajo de mis expectativas y de las expectativas de todos los huéspedes que conocí. El servicio no era tan malo, pero podría ser mejor. Me iría a otro lugar la próxima vez.
Great stay @Cairo We spent four nights at the St. Regis in October, 15-19, 2021 and would rate as the one of the best stays ever we had. Everything was amazing, friendly staff, comfortable room, incredible food etc. made our stay awesome. I appreciate the support of a gentle man Mr. Ahmed Abdou Lilah, Front desk supervisor, who has made our stay beyond our expectations.He was very kind, friendly and supportive to make feel us more comfortable.
يقع هذا الفندق الفخم الذي صمّمه المهندس المعماري "مايكل غريفز" في مبنى ضخم مطل على نهر النيل، ويبعد 21 كيلومتر عن "مطار القاهرة الدولي". تتوفّر في الغرف والأجنحة الأنيقة حمّامات رخامية وخدمة Wi-Fi وأجهزة تلفزيون بشاشات مسطّحة وبارات صغيرة وأرائك. ويتميز بعضها بإطلالات على المدينة أو النهر. أما الشقق، فتشمل كل وسائل الراحة المذكورة، بالإضافة إلى مطابخ. وتتوفّر خدمة المساعدة الشخصية. تشمل وسائل الراحة بارَين ومطعمًا للستيك ومطعمًا إيطاليًا وآخر سنغافوريًا، فضلاً عن نادٍ رياضي ومسابح داخلية وخارجية. ويطل مطعم/بار بجانب المسبح على النهر. ويضم منتجع صحي غرفة بخار ويقدّم دروسًا في التدليك. وتشمل مساحة للفعاليات قاعة للحفلات. ويوفّر الفندق أيضًا وجبات الفطور وخدمة ركن السيارات من قِبل موظفي الفندق وخدمة توصيل من المطار وإليه

good hospitality in a good area of Cairo, would overall recommend based on my experience.
El lugar es elegante, pero no me gustó el personal, presionando por una habitación para 3 personas, y el precio de la noche es de 2000 riales. A cambio, nos piden que proporcionemos una cama y amenazan con ingresar al Ministerio de Salud si no entregamos el monto y firmamos un compromiso. Quiero decir, nunca es una recepción civilizada. La secretaría tenía una empleada llamada Mónica, muy servicial y respetuosa, y ella Los que fueron pacientes con nosotros + el servicio fue bueno, les falta tratos, pero en general, es imposible devolver la visita
O lugar é elegante, mas não gostei do tratamento do pessoal. Eles empurraram por um quarto para 3 pessoas e o preço da noite é de 2.000 riais. Quer dizer, não é um valor fácil. Em troca, eles pedem a gente ceder um leito e ameaçar entrar no Ministério da Saúde se não der o valor e assinarmos um compromisso. Quer dizer, nunca é uma recepção civilizada. A secretaria tinha uma funcionária chamada Mônica, muito prestativa e respeitosa, e ela Quem teve paciência com a gente + o atendimento foi bom, falta atendimento, mas no geral não dá para voltar a visita
Hotel lindo. Design muito elegante, moderno e moderno. Os funcionários são simpáticos e estão sempre prontos a ajudar. Existem diferentes restaurantes no hotel que servem diferentes tipos de cozinha. Há um restaurante americano, um restaurante italiano e um restaurante de Singapura.Meu marido e eu passamos 4 lindas noites lá e estamos ansiosos para visitar novamente.
Precioso hotel. Diseño muy elegante, con estilo y moderno. El personal es amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Hay diferentes restaurantes en el hotel que sirven diferentes tipos de cocina. Hay un restaurante americano, un restaurante italiano y un restaurante singapurense.Mi esposo y yo pasamos 4 hermosas noches allí y estamos deseando volver a visitarlo.

Gorgeous hotel. Very elegant, stylish and modern design. The Staff are friendly and always ready to help. There are different restaurants in the hotel serving different types of cuisine. There's an American restaurant, Italian restaurant and Singaporean restaurant. My husband and I spent 4 beautiful nights there and we look forward to visiting again.
A estrela foi para acrescentar o comentário, já que o hotel era simplesmente lindo e luxuoso, mas enfrentamos um problema na entrada da recepcionista, que nos impediu de ficar três pessoas na sala e nos ameaçou com fiscalização e Ministério da Saúde !! Assinando, também ela obrigou a gente a fazer seguro do quarto $ 200 e a gente também recusou, e se não fosse por Deus e aí a funcionária Mônica que Deus a recompense, a gente não entrou, a recepção foi muito ruim após a viagem e fadiga do aeroporto, impossível ficar no hotel novamente Além do preço ser muito caro, não há café da manhã e nenhum lobby grande para passar o tempo de espera.
La estrella fue para agregar el comentario, en cuanto al hotel, era simplemente hermoso y lujoso, pero enfrentamos un problema al ingresar por parte de la recepcionista, quien nos impidió quedarnos a tres personas en la habitación y nos amenazó con monitoreo y el Ministerio de Salud !! Firmando, también nos obligó a firmar un seguro para la habitación $ 200 y también nos negamos, y si no fuera por Dios y luego la empleada Mónica que Dios la recompense, no entramos, la recepción fue muy mal después del viaje y la fatiga del aeropuerto, imposible quedarse en el hotel nuevamente Además, el precio es muy caro, no hay desayuno y no hay un gran vestíbulo para pasar el tiempo de espera.
Wow. Literally the best hotel in Cairo. Pampered like never before. So much attention to detail. It’s the small things that count. Rarely do I experience such exquisite service in Egypt.
A wonderful and beautiful place, one of the best places I have stayed in around the world. There is a very good service, especially Shady, Floor butler whose real deserves thanks and appreciation. He works very skillfully and at a high level. There is also Ahmad assistant spa excellent man . thanks
Had a great dinner In J&G steakhouse yesterday.. Everything was more that amazing… the stuff are super friendly and the food was beyond delicious, the atmosphere and setting were more than super Thank you so much for the wonderful experience

Hotel lindo. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e educados e realmente fazem de tudo para tornar a sua estadia perfeita. Serviço altamente personalizado e acho que você obtém um serviço ainda melhor aqui do que os hotéis St Regis nos EUA. O café da manhã é delicioso e as vistas da sala de jantar são adoráveis. As camas e lençóis são extremamente confortáveis. Havia claramente uma atenção impecável aos detalhes em todos os aspectos do design do hotel. Adorei tudo!
Precioso hotel. El personal es increíblemente amable y educado y realmente hace todo lo posible para que su estancia sea perfecta. Servicio altamente personalizado y creo que se obtiene un servicio aún mejor aquí que en los hoteles St Regis en los EE. UU. El desayuno es delicioso y las vistas desde el comedor son preciosas. Las camas y las sábanas son extremadamente cómodas. Claramente, hubo una impecable atención al detalle en cada aspecto del diseño del hotel. ¡Me encantó todo!
Gorgeous hotel. The staff are all incredibly friendly and polite and really go out of their way to make your stay there perfect. Highly personalized service and I think you get even better service here than the St Regis hotels in the US. Breakfast is delicious and the views from the dining room are lovely. Beds and linens are extremely comfortable. There was clearly an impeccable attention to detail to every design aspect of the hotel. Loved everything!

O recém-inaugurado St.Regis Cairo tem uma vista linda e um design de interior. Tomei uma bebida no jardim aquático e na biblioteca. Membros da equipe super simpáticos e ambiente relaxante. O único problema é que vários itens no menu de bebidas não estavam disponíveis devido à escassez de suprimentos, por exemplo, coquetel de gengibre
El recién inaugurado St. Regis Cairo tiene unas vistas preciosas y un diseño interior. Tomé una copa en el jardín acuático y en la biblioteca. Miembros del personal super amables y ambiente relajante. El único problema es que varios elementos del menú de bebidas no estaban disponibles debido a la escasez de suministros, por ejemplo, un cóctel de ginger ale.
