Silencioso e moderno
Bom
This review is for their downstairs Bar. It's more than cocktails. You’re having a real and exciting experience. I had so many friends recommending me this place, I had to try and I loved it!!! We were a group of 3, were seated at the bar and we enjoyed very very much. From the mixologists making our cocktails to the decor and how they serve our cocktails! Mateo and Francisco do an incredible job making everyone feel welcome and informed on the menu. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding hotel. Very well done. From check in to check out staff was excellent. Room service fast and delicious. Lobby bar great food great drinks great bartender and cool atmosphere. Exceptionally clean Doorman very quick and pleasant. We received an email beforehand that they have construction going on. We never heard a thing. We will definitely be back!

Si te gusta el diseño de interiores, y la calidad es un buen lugar para exigentes
My first time staying here but I’m in NY frequently, so have a lot of perspective on hotels. My stay was great! The service is outstanding and they went above and beyond. The lobby bar is cool, and is worth a visit. My room was good sized and very clean. The elevator was efficient, impressive considering I was on the 31st floor! I’ll definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for one night two weeks ago. As an ambassador elite, the hotel staff did email me beforehand to welcome my arrival and address questions I may have had. They also approved my "Your24" request, which I was very thankful for. Although the check-in desk did not acknowledge my ambassador status, the hotel staff did leave notes inside the suite. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and polite. I must say though, that after having first stayed at the Times Square Edition, I do not recommend the New York Edition. There are plenty of reasons for this. My experience at Times Square Edition was just more positive. I got a better view, including a private balcony, better food, bigger and better fitness center with a cheaper average nightly rate. Despite being in Times Square the hotel itself was also quieter. The New York Edition, however, seemed like it catered to the older more conservative business crowd and not the younger, solo leisure travelers like me. Overall, even though I had the Madison Suite, one of the bigger room sizes, I felt my stay was boring! Not only was the lobby bar closed, but the building was surrounded by scaffolding and full of construction workers in and outside the building. Additionally, I wanted my photographer to take photos of me inside the hotel and they told me this wasn't allowed, which is stupid since there are numerous photos on Instagram all over the property. Times Square Edition and many other properties did not have an issue as long as other guests weren't in the photos or I did not disturb them when taking photos. The photos were just me and one other person no different than taking cell phone photos.

A lovely hotel. Rooms are small, but it’s NYC people. We had a Superior room and it’s good for 2 adults but definitely not for a family. Stick to a Courtyard or Residence Inn if you need more space! The staff was very nice and the views are fantastic. Ask for a north or south facing room, as high up as you can go! The shower is very slippery. Watch out. Excellent location with some of the city’s best restaurants within a few blocks. We will definitely be back.
Very nice. The room was very nice and made great use of space. However, the bathroom could have been a little bigger. The elevators were slow and that was a little annoying at times, but I liked the system they use, and the fact that you have to swipe your key card in the lobby to gain access to the guest floors. The staff were very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.
I'm glad I booked this with points and not paid the almost $1000/night rate as this hotel does not meet the the standards of top class hotels. The hotel is in an excellent location, but that was pretty much the only positive for us. Staff at the front desk are not particularly friendly, nor did they offer me an upgrade to a suite which I'm entitled to as a Bonvoy Titanium member (I checked and they were available). Rooms are fine at best, not up to the standard of other Edition Hotels I've stayed at around the world. One night I asked for cutlery to be sent up to the room and the staff wanted to charge me for this "service" as if I wasn't staying at a full service hotel. Thankfully they removed this charge when I protested. So, great location, but for anyone who's traveled around the world and knows what a top hotel should feel like, I wouldn't necessarily make the NY Edition your first pick. We stayed at another 5 star hotel close to Central Park for our final two nights in NY and loved every moment.
The only thing worth any star is that the room looks nice on the surface. The service is a joke - worse than all holiday inn express level of hotels (yes, they have no service but at least leave you alone). On the checkout date, housekeeping knocked on our door on 10 AM and 11 AM, both time left without answering me after I asked her what’s the matter (I didn’t know it was housekeeping). The security called me after midnight asking me to pick up a delivery that I *already* picked up hours ago. Seriously? I don’t even want to elaborate other small things during the stay. The bugging, plus the fact that there is no blackout shade, means I could not have enough sleep. The room design is also very bad. My gf and I hit our heads and hurt our hands here and there, due to the weirdly placed fridge, reading light and TV.Finally, although they charge you a daily destination fee, they require that you do not use any benefit on the day of checkout. I only stayed one night and arrived with a late flight, which means I wasn’t able to use it anyways, but to me this entire stay was like a comedy show already.I stay at at least 20~30 hotels every year. The quality of this one is at the bottom 20% despite a price at top 10-15% (adjusted for NYC already).

Excelente, en un lugar inmejorable en NY. Cruzando el parque, vayan a comer a Eataly. Super!
I didn’t stay at the hotel but a friend of mine was there for over a week. The hotel is amazing, the location is perfect, and the staff there is so friendly. They have a michelin star restaurant which is super good, and the lobby bar is amazing too. I believe the rater per night are a bit high.
The Edition had me at my first smell when I walked in. Beautiful hotel with strong Santal 33 aerobatics program. Central Manhattan location, beautiful rooms, amazing restaurant, and very kind staff. I highly recommend the hotel!
Our favorite home away from home. Everyone here tries their best to make your experience memorable. Special appreciation to Mr. Aguilar who works tirelessly to achieve excellence. We will return very soon.
Beyond exceptional! Great location, great views, beautiful rooms and the staff couldn't be nicer. Seriously, the staff went above and beyond multiple times to make our stay better and it was very much appreciated. You definitely feel valued when you stay here. From the bar to the restaurant to the rooms, 5 stars all around!
Had a great stay at the Edition NYC. Comfortable and well designed rooms. Love the big bathrooms! Very attentive concierge - the best I have come across. Very helpful especially when you are travelling with children. The service was amazing when it was available. We were there for a week, for the first 2 days, they looked to be understaffed. No one at the door to help opening doors for my buggy or help with luggage. Which I found a little shocking to say the least! Especially when it was pouring down with rain outside. Luckily by the 3rd day there were more porters in the lobby and by the doors, which was helpful. I found their staff 'uniform' confusing, it was not super obvious if someone was a member of the hotel staff or just guests. Porters were wearing just plain polo shirts and chinos, with no logos. I understand they might want to keep it cool and trendy avoiding big logos, but sometimes it gets a bit awkward I was hesitant to ask for help in fear of asking the wrong person (hotel guests)!!
Excelente habitación, impecable, ubicación inmejorable. Muy buena atención
