El registro fue muy descuidado. La hora de entrada era a las 15:00. Llegué a registrarme a las 4:30 pm, todavía tuve que esperar ya que la habitación no estaba limpia. No se registró oficialmente hasta las 5:00 p. m. Después del check in, el personal siguió molestándonos en la habitación a pesar de "No molestar". La vista desde la habitación fue decepcionante. El caparazón de vidrio interior es donde están las habitaciones, pero para ver fuera de la ventana, también debe mirar a través del caparazón de vidrio exterior (2 ventanas con vigas entre las dos ventanas)

O check-in foi muito descuidado. O horário de check-in era às 15h. Veio para o check-in às 430h, ainda tive que esperar, pois o quarto não estava limpo. Não fez oficialmente o check-in até as 17h. Após o check-in, a equipe continuou nos incomodando no quarto, apesar de "Não perturbe". Vista do quarto foi decepcionante. A concha de vidro interna é onde estão os quartos, mas para ver do lado de fora da janela, você também precisa olhar através da concha de vidro externa (2 janelas com vigas entre as duas janelas)

É um hotel em frente ao estádio principal da copa do mundo do Qatar. Possui uma piscina para fora da torre no 19 andar um restaurante giratório no 47 e um lounge no 51.Em todos é permitida a entrada de não hóspedes.

Check-in was very sloppy. Check-in time was at 3pm. Came to check in at 430pm, still had to wait since room was not clean. Didn't officially check in until 5pm. After check in, staff kept on bother us in the room despite "Do Not Disturb". View from the room was disappointing. The inner glass shell is where the rooms are but to see outside the window, you have to look thru the outer glass shell as well (2 windows with beams between the two windows)

A Torch Tower é uma estrutura icônica localizada ao lado do Villagio Mall. É tão bonito por dentro quanto por fora. O The Torch funciona como um hotel com vários andares e instalações como piscina na cobertura e academia etc. Além disso, também possui o restaurante giratório 360 que é ideal para um jantar romântico ou uma ocasião alegre.

Eu estava com minha família em quarentena após a viagem. O menu não era bom para os indianos e também não havia comida vegetariana. Se o tempo de quarentena terminar e você não puder fazer o checkout devido ao resultado do atraso do RTPCR, o serviço será interrompido e você não receberá nem uma garrafa de água se solicitado.

Estuve con mi familia en cuarentena después del viaje. El menú no era bueno para los indios y tampoco había comida vegetariana. Si el tiempo de cuarentena ha terminado, y si no pudo realizar el pago debido al resultado de la demora de RTPCR, el servicio se detendrá y no recibirá ni una botella de agua si se le solicita.

I was with my family in quarantine after travel. Menu was not good for Indians and also there was no vegetarian food. If thequarantine time is over, and if you couldn't checkout due to the delay result of RTPCR, service will be stopped and you won't get even a bottle of water if asked.

The Torch Tower is an iconic structure located adjacent to the Villagio Mall. It is just as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. The Torch serves as a hotel with several floors and facilities such as a rooftop pool and gym etc. In addition, it also has the rotating 360 restaurant which is ideal for a romantic dinner or joyous occasion.

Such an amazing infrastructure, i really loved it, the lightings and the highly advanced features made this hotel as worlds one of the best hotels in my terms...
Bed was super comfortable... Everything is controlled by the Ipad.. which is very handy... I even liked the Bathroom the interiors are beautiful and elegant...

It was amazing experience , stayed here for 2 days of quarantine, the rooms were good with internal connectivity. My kids also enjoyed the stay.
Menu and Food was excellent and perfectly on time, optional kid meal or kid friendly meal for lunch or dinner might be better.

A perfect hotel to relax, full view for Doha, room is very luxurious room with hi-tech room automation (curtains, t.v., lights..etc.). The food was super delicious and There is a direct access to villagio mall. Amenities are excellent (gym and spa) the pool is not that big. But it's iconic.

2 days quarantine at the torch was good except for the delay in delivering breakfast on day 1. Had to call several times to get it. We booked double room for 2 adults but for some reason all Consumables and food was delivered only for one person until we called and followed up. Otherwise the stay was good as the room was very neat, clean and comfortable

Cool place to enjoy with friends , have a cup coffee and some cakes. Gathering, talking, seeing what’s going on around. Smoking area are in the upstairs lobby area. Also there Um Ali sweet , it’s very delicious 😋. You should try it .

EL hotel está muy bien, muy cómodo, amplio y con acceso directo a un gran centro comercial. El desayuno es muy bueno. El único problema es que está lejos del centro de Doha, pero si no tienes que ir al centro y quieres evitarte atascos, perfecto.
