The staff is excellent very kind never felt like I was bothering anybody with any questions I may have had. Very clean AT the pool on the second day there were a large group and they had their own cooler (they hid in the baby stroller) they had a ton of beer and were just drinking it is the pool in the cans! The pool was open early. There was nothing open except a convenience store for breakfast. Rooms don't have any character. Check out time is 10am.
